Honest, Trustworthy and True
by CalvinStephen
Two years ago, I had my Jeep's transmission rebuilt at AAMCO. From that day on, all my services and repairs have been handled by these guys alone. I did several repairs on my Jeep and my experience with AAMCO-Bellevue, throughout was pleasant. Even at times, when I lost my cool, these guys were patient in helping me understand the situation. The best thing I love about these guys is the honesty in their dealings. I tried a couple of mechanics around Bellevue and learnt that honest guys are expensive and guys who work for cheap are not true in their dealings. At AAMCO, I found a prefect blend of both without compromising their quality. The fact that these guys are in business for 30 years in itself speaks volumes about them. I recommend AAMCO to a lot of my friends and colleagues and have never received a complaint so far.
Pros: Excellent service, honest and friendly
Cons: Pretty busy shop so need to plan ahead - not exactly a con.

I don't know what some of these people have against this mechanic shop but I have bee coming here for 9 years and always leave happy with their work. I wont trust my 77 caprice to anyone else. I can vouch for their honesty and integrity. Before you judge these guys, you should go in and see what they are like. I drag my friends and family in this place. thats all I can say for what its worth.
Pros: really straight up and do good work
Cons: they could remodel the place

Bellevue Aamco is a repitable co. The builders there do a great job on fixing transmissions. Every one there is friendly.

good mechanics

These guys are honest. Really. And that is hard to find in mechanics. I have been coming here for 8 years and drag my friends and family to this shop because I know they won't be ripped off. The only complaint I have about this store is that they are not quick on service but that is a problem I am happy to deal with because of their honesty. They do good work and they won't rip you off. As far as I'm concerned there is no better shop than this one.
Pros: honest
Cons: slow

Band of Thieves

They are a bunch of crooks. Why would take your vehicle to a place that can't even pay their bills? These guys stiffed the place I work for almost $800 in parts they bought and think it's ok to not pay for them. If we could have them arrested we would. Best we can do is send them to collection, and we already have.

Literally the BEST

I'm a backyard mechanic. I love tinkering with cars. The only thing I don't mess with is automatic transmissions. I know how they work and all, I just don't have the tools to do the job right when something needs fixed.
I recently had transmission trouble and heard that the Aamco in Bellevue is the best. After my experience, I have to agree. The repairs were top notch, the service was great, and the staff was friendly. Best of all, they didn't try to screw me!
I've had more car back several times for other little problems and every time I've been very pleased with the work. They do what they say they are going to do and only fix what needs to be fixed.

It's great to work with professionals!

I found a frightening puddle under my car. My mechanic told me it was leaking transmission fluid and that it could be an expensive fix. I called the company that has my extended warrant and was told that I had two choices: take my car to the dealer or AAMCO. Since I have not had good experiences with Bellevue Chrysler/Jeep, I decided to try AAMCO. They were pleasant on the phone, professional when I took my car in, and were able to get me on my way that afternoon. If you need transmission work, these guys are capable and friendly.
