I have a five month old that goes to this academy, and I absolutly love it there. The service is absolutly wonderful. I don't understand why the previous post complained that he son was moved over to the waddler class at 10 months because it is meant for older infants befor their transition to the toddler one program when they reach 12 months. The Owner Vicki is the person who toured and enrolled my family and she was absolutly wonderful. She seems like a very family oriented person and thats what I like to see from someone running a bussiness for children. The facility was very clean, and the class rooms were bursting with happy, and eager children. I love the projects that the teachers do with the children. It??s nice to know that the teachers at ICA are making time to create projects that will give me and my family life long memories. It is such a relief to know that my son is in excellent hands. It gives me vast joy to pick my son up and be greeted with a big smile. I can honestly say that I would never take my son to any other childcare facility.

Very horrible daycare! I gotta say,the infant room was great. They moved him at 10 months(supposed to be 1Yr) to waddlers to bring more babies in. From then on his teachers constantly changed. "Teachers "would beg to get that classroom then within a week they were crying begging to work the desk. His last so called teacher lasted maybe a week. The one before that possibly 3 weeks. 3 times they gave him food he was allergic to, and two of those times failed to call me. They don't seem to know what bibs are for. And the the general feeling of this place is business. Making money. Vicki is rude as is most of the office. Spare yourself and your child the drama and attitude, find another daycare!!!

We had our daughter our of that place on the sixth day. We are not rich to afford to lose $2000, but i could not send my daughter to that place one more day. Here are my top reasons. 1) Not a very clean plan when u look in the corners. 2) Not sure if the teachers are certififed, twice on the report ( in 6 days ) we had 'orange' and ' singing' spelled wrong. It it was typed, i could understand , but not handwritten. 3) She came back with someone else's diaper on 2 days 4) She was given the center' milk when we had provided organic milk 5) The teacher walked over our girl's blanket 3-4 time before she put it on the side ( in my wife's presence).6) Every single day our daughter came back home with soiled clothes, when we had given extra pair to change.
Overall, there is TOTAL lack of communication between the staff there. What upset me was when we gave the feedback to Vick, the owner, she pretty much denied it all. Not only that she also charged us for an extra 2 weeks, so we paid about $2000 for 6 days. If Vicki had a slight sense of responsibility, she would not have charged us for the extra 2 weeks ( we were not asking for a refund for the entire month we paid in advance). I am not exagerrating anything, just wanted to share my experience. You can try it out if you want to find out for yourself

I completly disagree too. This child care center is great. Absolutly no problems with staff, management or other parents. Great atmosphere and you can tell the children are happy and having a great time learning! My son comes home telling

I completely disagree with the other comments. My daughter has been going there for a little over a month, and we have found them to be very friendly, and helpful. My daughter loves it there and comes home singing songs they have learned. She has been learning so much, and we really appreciate all they are doing for her. I would recommend this daycare.

Pros: great area, low prices

Cons: at capacity in class size

.

We were not impressed with this child care center at all. Maybe the owners would be better of taking care of animals.

Not a child friendly care center! Owner and staff are NOT kind at all! Center needs a good cleaning too.
