Where the heck is the -5 star rating?? So I go in there to buy 2 packs of camel 99's for myself and get some sodas for myself and my friends. They refused to sell me the Camels because one of my two friends which is 19 had not brought in her ID and had left it in my truck. Well it ended up becoming lost that night anyway but I had asked her why my friend needed ID when I was purchasing these. she said because we were in a group and more than likely I was buying them for her anyway and she was probably underage. Well so then I asked if we left and I came back in a few by myself if I could buy them and she said no beause she knew my friends would probably be outside waiting for me anyway. So then I askd to se a manager and she called the manager over and she told me the clerk was absolutly right on that. So I left and havent went back. Then I send walgreens a email about this 2 times and they never gave me a reply. I wouldnt go to this place if it were the last pharmacy store out there I would die first!

My family has gone to and used Battle Ground Walgreen's Pharmacy for years until the last year or two it's gone downhill. On three most recent occasions I've received \n1. The wrong dose of a medication (double what it should have been with no indication to split the pill) \n2. A medication that I was allergic to (same family of antibiotic) that I happened to ""google"" upon getting home because the generic name sounded similar to my allergy (Walgreens has my allergy information in the system and is updated regularly for my family). \n3. Been full billed for a medication my health insurance only requires a small co-pay for because ""We don't have time to call them right now, but you can come back in a couple days and buy this."" (The prescription co-pay is printed on the card) If I had a couple days I would except I'd like to get my three month old baby treated YESTERDAY, much less three days from now! (I did end up paying full price and pursuing a refund with my insurance)\nAdditionally, I

Recently I called to see if they had a product, and she said they did not. I didn't know exactly what the product was. It was recommended to me for a symptom. I told her this, and she just said she'd never heard of it, didn't know what it was. She made no offer to assist me finding out what it was or even saying ""sorry, I'm not sure what that is. Sorry I couldn't help. Try [this store] or [that store] or online."" She clearly wanted to get off the phone. My wife switched to Fred Meyer's pharmacy because it was easier, having better hours, and the people in this Walgreens pharmacy are nearly ALWAYS rude/short with us, almost slammed my hand in their little transaction box (in their drivethrough), and they never have a smile on their faces. I know ""never"" is a big word to use, but you just have to try them to see. How does a company survive with such service? I know Shiree is always nice, and the young people (or others) that work the cash registers are kind, but I think this store director needs to listen to this review and consider that they're loosing customers and we'd rather go to Fred Meyer down the street. Sorry this review sucks, but.. the attitudes their need to be addressed.

Each time I have gotten a prescription filled at the Battle Ground Walgreens there is a mistake in their system and they deny it. They are extremely rude to me and they put the blame on either me or my doctor or me. \nToday I picked up my prescription and it was wrong. For 2 years I have been on the same medication and the dose this time was half the normal dose and instead of a 30 days supply it was a 15 days supply. They were unwilling to fix the mistake and they placed the blame on my doctor. I wanted it fixed and they said that they would have to charge me for the same prescription over again. I already paid my copay and it was the same amount, $30 whether it was a 30 days supply or a 15 day supply. The lady was nasty to me and I left with the problem unresolved. \nOther times I have called the prescription in or used their internet website and they say that they never got it. I even came with a confirmation email and they still placed the blame on me. The people are rude and are unwilling to resolve a problem that they created.

I recently lost my medical insurance and now have to pay cash for my prescriptions. I`m finding out that even with discount card Walgreen's and Fred Meyers prices are twice what I pay at Safeway pharmacy for the same medications! Whats up with that? Safeway now has all my business on medications and the service is much better and more friendly.

My wife needed an emergency filling of medication which her Doctor called in. It was a med for anxity, and she was filling the urge to harm herself. When she called the Pharmacy in B.G. she was told they are running behind and it would be an hour or two. I then called from my office in town to explain the need for it Now and was told if she got there in 20 min. they would help her, but if not there in that time, that they were taking a break and she would have to wait for an hour... WHAT is wrong with these people. They will never get a dime from us again. p.s. my wife is fine now

my husband has run out of his heart medication. unfortunately, the mail-order has just sent the pills today, which will take 7 days to arrive. when I called the pharmacy at 6:20pm, the only solution given to me was that they could fax his MD. I explained that the fax will sit in the fax machine until tomorrow morning., thereby being of no benefit for my husbands need for his medication NOW. What ever happened to "the pharmacy of your using was there to help when you needed it!!" This is not the first time I have experienced poor user friendly service from this pharmacy. I will be using Fred Meyer from now on, beware folks, choose your pharmacy wisely.
