Main St Dairy Freeze

The staff is very nice and helpfull when it comes to ordering for large familys. Finding the best prices ect... The milkshakes are the best around!! I have never had any "rude" staff at the Dairy Freeze. All though the wait can be a bit (while its busy) the food is always worth the wait! On one ocassion my son had dropped his icecream cone outside and one of the girls working had seen it, and without even asking brought out a new icecream cone. Its always a nice place to go. and I would recomend it to anybody

They have a bunch of punk kids working here who like to treat their customers like crap. I had one girl tell me to shut my face when I questioned why I was being charged over $21 bucks for 2 burgers and fries. I would never go back here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

A blast from the past. The best shakes around. The building is retro, Main Street Dairy Freeze Is a blast from the past. A restored classic drive in. The shakes are excellent the burgers and fries good and very generous portions. Very clean and friendly employees the customers are great also. We like to go as a family and share the retro experience with the kids. It was a nice trip down memory lane. Sumner is a great small town. We enjoy strolling thru the main street shops.

I heard great reviews about Dairy Freeze so I decided to take my family there. I was so disappointed in the food, the burgers were wafer thin and tasted awful. I ordered the plain burger and it was basically a bun with a burger as thick as a slice of ham and the burger was swimming in grease. My husband ordered the grilled burger and it was no better, it was mostly mushrooms and onions, he would have needed 4 patties to make it a normal burger. We had a milkshake and it was very good. I think their prices are overpriced for what you get, I guess I was expecting good food for the money.

This is a classic old time burger place. The milkshakes are great and the food is good. The service is quick and friendly. The seating is marginal however. I would recommend going here.

This is a really nice little restaurant. It reminds me of an old drive in burger joint. They have all the standards, burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes. They've decorated the place like a 1950s diner, with a little candy corner, and even have an outside eating area. It's right on the street, so you can see traffic, and even better, it's on the edge of the Daffodil Festival Parade route.
