Eastside Automotive & Tire

I take my car to Eastside automotive for all of its maintenance. Last time I had this wonderful employee help me. His name was Andy. He did a great job and was very thorough making sure that my car had everything done it needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just go in and ask for Andy.

We have taken our cars to Eastside since before they were Eastside Automotive. Beyond being very good at diagnosing problems, they stand behind their work. We had some brake pads that did not last as they should have and they replaced them no questions asked with heavy duty police pads at their expense. We had an alternator replaced. It failed approximately a year later. They replaced it no questions asked. They are not the least expensive, but they do good work and if it isn't right (which is not often), they will make it right.

I have been taking my car to Eastside Automotive for 3 years now and I have never had an issue that they didn't take care of me on. I feel that Tom the Service Manager and the rest of the crew @ Eastside are very honest, and I would recommend any and all of my friends to have there automotive service work done there.

away they charged me very little. The service
was excellent.

We went there after we moved to seattle. We were sceptical about service at first to as usually all auto centre folks give an exceptionally high quote on a small repair but to our relief we got excellent service as well as they told us we needed to nothing except change brake pads.

WE have had many of our cars into Eastside for repair. Knowing that they will take care of the problem is reassuring. I am sure we could find the work done cheaper at other places but Eastside is convenient, they are reliable and they are good at figuring out what's wrong. We recently bought new tires from them that could have been $20 cheaper at Costco but they told us to drive the car for 30 days and if we didn't like the feel to bring them back and exchange for a different tire.Eastside is about relationships that you develop with Paul and Tom and knowing that you can call and know with confidence that our car will be repaired when you pick it up.
