Watch your wallet  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

I had nothing but trouble buying my car. I want leather seats and lead me to believe that they did the job in their service department. Instead they sent the vehicle out to a cut rate shop that did a lousily job and I wouldn't accept it. This happened twice and finally I told then that I would take the vehicle and that I wanted factory leather. After a song and dance by their sales department I finally got the car I wanted but ending up paying a lot more for the car then I think I should have. They promise things they can't deliver on. I won't buy another car from them. Finally ended up talking with the VP and expressed my displeasure with the whole buying process. They finally agreed to put the theft alarm on that was on the first car I had purchased. All in all still a bad experience.

Best Toyota Customer service in sales  5 Star Rating - World class

I have to share my wonderful experience! I unfortunately went to a few dealerships before I went to Toyota of Lake City. At the other dealerships I was treated like I did not know what I wanted or needed. At Toyota of Lake City the salesperson made me feel like I was the most important person at the dealership. She assisted me in finding the PERFECT car for me! Thank you!

PROS: The salesperson and the selection
CONS: That I did not find it sooner!

Worst Service Ever!  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I was literally being YELLED at while trying to buy/bargain for the car! The sales manager was very rude, and it was the worst car buying experience! He probably thinks that we are two women who know nothing about cars and by yelling at us we'll back down on our bargaining. We were ready to get up and leave, but then he gave us a price we can accept. The sales person we delt with in the begining was nice, but the sales manager is suppose to represent the company image, and he had the worst customer service! If Lake City Toyota has any sense, they should fire that sales manager, because we have been a Toyota family for a long time, but I will not go back to that dealership because of the experience that I had.

Best Toyota Buying and Servicing Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!  5 Star Rating - World class

Our Family have purchased a Many toyotas from Toyota of Lake City. They have always gone out of their way to provide us with
most honest and fair transactions. I would drive out all the way from Maple Valley, Washington to do our business with Toyota of Lake City. We highly recommend them to any toyota buyers...

Best Car Buying Experience  5 Star Rating - World class

After reading the reviews I was a bit reluctant to go to Toyota of Lake City but they had the exact Hybrid Highlander I was looking for. My salesman Eric was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He didnt make me do the standard test drive where they make you take a few rights and end up only taking it around the block. He let me take it on the freeway and even to my home to make sure it fit in my garage.

We got back to the dealership and he showed me payments. I dont ever buy anything right away and I wanted to go home and make sure I am getting a good deal. Typically they pressure you & make sure you dont leave but my salesman remained friendly. After checking around, I went back the next day to buy the Hybrid Highlander. They honored the deal we worked out the day before and their finance manager was able to match my credit unions rate.

I would definitely recommend this dealership and the next time I am in the market for a new car I will be going back. The level of service I received from everyone there was hands down the best.

Okay Toyota Lot  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

I was impressed with the selection at this particular car lot. However, I was not really impressed with the service that I got from the salesman. I felt like I was being talked to as if I knew nothing about cars, what I wanted, and how to purchase a car. I ended up not getting my car here because of the poor service. Too bad because they have a large selection.
