I needed an item for grilling ~~Rich's had many options to choose from, the clerks were helpful and had great ideas for me. They had lots of parking at the door, the store if full of great items for the home and patio. I recommend folks try Rich's out when they need patio, hottub, grill......items. Great service.

We baught a stove 7 weeks, it has not arrived entirely and we still have to call daily to their service departement to get things moving. Once they have your money, they could not care less.
Don't go there.

I bought a Caldera hot tub from Richs and I love it. It's so comfortable and I have hardly noticed any increase on my PSE bill. I also got my woodstove from Rich's and it has saved me a ton of money on my heating bill. You guys are great!
