What a disappointment for all the money I've spent on his "Fade Gels". I gave them all the college try and I was diligent about using his products as directed. You see, I am not full of pigmentation- which you can only see on my arms, but still they made me unhappy. I was directed to his line, chock full of fading products for my mini problem and was told his products were amazing.Yes, but only in price. I want to shout out that Dr. Brandt is not as great as they say! What a disappointment~

Nordstrom is beautifully set up - it's a pleasure simply walking through the old Frederick & Nelson space. Nordstrom's return policy is the best in the business - no hassles at all.
PROS: Excellent return policy
CONS: Pricey

The thing I LOVE the most about Nordstrom is that they have excellent customer service and super friendly people there. The items are somewhat "pricey" but If you want the best out of your money then why not go to Nordies? They have anything and everything you're looking for!!!

nordstrom is the only store that has gucci items. no other store in seattle or in any surrounding cities have gucci items. so, for those of you who love gucci, nordstrom of downtown seattle is where to go.

everything at Nordstrom looks good. When you shop here you feel a little smarter, i don't know why. I appreciate how motivated the staff is and how helpful they can be. Even if it is just to get commision.

Nordstrom is the place to shop in downtown Seattle. While it is a department store, the departments are split up so they resemble little boutiques. The employees are very friendly, and they know that the way they treat their customers matters. Nordstrom has a really good return policy for those of us that are indecisive! Their shoe section is huge. Nordstrom just offers great clothes and accessories with exceptional staff.

A Classic High End Department Store

I love Nordy's, as much for the window shopping experience as actual shopping. (of course who could afford to do all thier shopping here?)
The shoe department alone is mezmerizing. For bigger sized girls like me, this is one of the few places to purchase high quality clothing, especially suiting and work clothes.
At christmas time, the place is really something to see. The normally fantastic shop windows are decorated to the nines, and visiting Santa Claus is a real treat for kids of all ages.
PROS: Quality, selection, tradition
CONS: expensive

Such a classic!

Nordstrom is probably the nicest department store I have ever been to, that has quality items for reasonable prices. Not Target prices, but you know your items are going last if they're from Nordstrom! Nordstrom has everything! You name it, they have it! They also have a great return policy! This particular Nordstrom's is huge! Obviously, being headquartered in Seattle, they have a great store here! The cafe at this one is warm and comfortable, too!

I have shopped at Nordstomes for many years their selection is always current with todays trends. They offer many of fashions top brands including Polo, Versace and Guess. Their clothing choices cover the whole gambit of attire. Need a suit they got it. Need outdoor wear they got it. Need to smell nice they got. Looking for something nice to give a loved one they got it.

Slightly Expensive, but Still Good

I do feel that the prices are too much for my budget..generally speaking. At the same time, I feel the choices of clothing are not my style and a bit tacky. I think this store appeals to the middle upper class folks who want to look richer than they really are. Besides that, the clothes are made well, which balances the whole expensive factor.
This shouldn't take away the fact that this is a very popular store for reasons I may not understand. The customer serivce is quite well and they do throw a great parade.
PROS: quality, customer serive
CONS: tacky clothes, overpriced

So pricey, but quality stuff for the most part

Nordstroms is expensive for most things, but they do have very nice quality stuff, and do have mid-range priced items that are great.
For example- I have been searching for a pretty but hip and definately not conservative pair of shoes for a wedding I will be attending. I looked all over, literally, other stores, online, etc, with no luck. I walked into Nordstroms and found the cutest pair of shoes perfectly dressy enough for the occasion, but casual enough that I would wear them for everyday dress up. But they're like $60, which is slightly pricey for a poor lady like me. Best of all though, these are unique shoes that are perfect.
So, come here is you have a little money to splurge, you might find something great.

I used to love Nordstrom but can say I didn't
care for their new marketing strategy with less
inventory and different types of clothing. I am
a business person and used to spend a lot
of money at Nordstrom's. They decreased
their business clothing for simple, casual
items. This is great but realistically this
is not competitive quality against quality with
Walmart. Based on Nordstrom's stock price
decline, I think they know this was not the way
to go either.

This store is known for being a little pricy, but you get top of the line customer service! .. If you have any questions, they will answer or find someone that can. They are great about returning an item that you may have felt "pressured" to purchase.. Always smiling (sometimes you wonder if it's fake) .. but it's a nice welcome... A great place to go shopping!

Nordstrom is known for their shoes, and anniversary sales are huge. My favorite though...the piano player stroking the ivories, helping me make decisions to purchase that 2nd pair of dress shoes. Customer service is appropriate. They offer free alterations for some purchases. An added bonus, they have a restaurant and coffee shop on the top floor, perfect time to really look at all the things I just bought while sipping on my latte.

Nordstrom is my department store of choice in Seattle. There's not a store where you will find better quality, selection, and customer service than this one. And of all the locations, the downtown (the first Nordstroms EVER!) location is the best. While there is not free parking, they will reimburse you for an hour or two if you purchase something at the store. Make sure and ask for details. If you want parking all day, try Northgate or Bell Square.
