Spud Fish & Chips/greenlake

A thorough cleaning of the place and employees would be my first order of business. Food is great. Not a great variety but ample if you don't want their famous fish and chips.

Spud's makes the best milkshakes, and true to Northwest form the flavor is blackberry. The fish and chips are good. The fries tend to be a little greasy, but the halibut can't be beat. You can always walk off a hearty meal at Spud's by taking a stroll around Green lake. Its not just lunch, it's a tradition!

Spud's has excellent fish and chips that I crave every time I visit Seattle. I enjoy getting fish at Spud's and walking the food across the street to Green Lake. I think ordering the double fish is the key to avoid getting too many fries, and add some clams and prawns for variety. They have halibut in addition to the more traditional cod, and the blackberry milkshakes are always a treat.

Everytime I eat here it is the same. In fact once I came here with my grandparents and they said that this is what they remember from long time ago. I like them, they are different from other fish and chips, and I love their fresh cut fries. I also like the old fashioned feel of the restaurant.
