I love this studio; I walked in on a whim, someone told yoga would be good for my bad knee. I was open to trying anything to help me with my pain. 1.5 years after arthoscopic surgery I was still in a lot of pain. With in three weeks my pain level had dropped from constant 6 or 7 to an occasionaly 2 or 3. The class is a lot of fun and high energy too. The breathwork series can be pretty intense sometimes, I mean you feel a deep burn in you muscles. It is a different mix of training styles and seems like yoga and qi gong. Before the knee problems I had practiced yoga a couple times before and also martial arts, but I everything had to stop everything because of my knee. Now I go to class almost everyday, I am so happy to be able to exercise my body again.

After the series of stretching, holding postures with breathing, and energy meditation, My body feels so refreshed and my mind feels so happy and joyful. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. They guide you well to keep improving your condition regardless of where you are. The studio is great too. It has beautiful and clean cork floor. The temperature and air is well controlled, too. This is the best yoga place I have been!
