Seth Motors Inc

Seth Motors has refused to do repair work on my vehicle even tho it will be covered under NAPA warranty. NAPA has said they will provide the part(s) and pay them for the labor to install. As a member of the NAPA Car Care team this is part of their commitment and respondsibility. If Seth Motors were to install a NAPA alternator on a customers car and that part fails in, lets say Colorado, and the customer takes it to a NAPA Car Care service provider there, that service center would replace the part free of charge to the customer. Seth Motors needs to honor their part in this respect. They can not pick and choose which service warranties they will honor. Just because they won't make any money on part mark-up is not a valid reason to not honor their commitment.They should not be a member of the NAPA Car Care team at all. I will never take my vehicle to them for even an oil change. And I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have had Seth Motors work on our vehicles for a long time with great service at a affordable price, Seth Motors will not try to sell you something that you do not need. They have new mechanics with many years of experience. I have taken my vehicles to other places and it will set there for weeks and the repairs are expensive, I would recommend Seth Motors to anyone and I do..

Extremely reliable all the time. When I first moved to Ellensburg from Seattle 4 years ago and went to Seth Motors regarding a chronic very high and very low idle problem that technicians in Seattle could never figure out, the people at Seth Motors got it right the first time. Apparently the Seattle technicians never read the latest factory memos on this particular vehicle regarding the problem.

Seth Motors has been and will continue to by my choice for any kind of repairs.

Seth Motors is one of the WORST places to go in Ellensburg for any type of automotive repair. The workmanchip is shotty and the customer service is non-existant.
