I had heard lots of hype about this burrito kitchen restaurant and of course i had to try iy. Maybe i just visited the restaurant on an off night or something. I was disappointed because my chicken burrito was greasy and the insides of it were mainly falling out all over. I told the server about my problem with the meal and eventually I got a replacement burrito that was better. It took much too long to get my second burrito and it was not worth the wait. I won't be going to this restaurant again.

i absolutly love this place! The decor is superfunky and just to my taste. The food is fast and good. I like the roasted chicken nachos the best. It's certainly a Seattle institution and a place I like to bring all of my out of town friends.

This place is cheap and healthy. I love that I can order organic, or greasy, and they don't taste alike. The place is small but fun, its next to cha chas the bar. The bathrooms are crazy.

Bimbo's is a pretty funky Mexican food joint. I really like the potato tacos. The cumin lime sourcream is a definate add on to any dish. They offer a variety of tortillas too. I really like the quesadilla on the tomato tortilla. Yum. Be sure to check out the Cha Cha Lounge which is right next store for a beer after dinner.

Bimbo's Bitchin' Burrito Kitchen fits right in with the unique region of Capital Hill and Broadway. Inside you'll find funky and mismatched decorations with a chic air and barely dim lighting. I especially enjoyed the chili lights while enjoying my meal.
If you like things a little out of the ordinary, you'll love Bimbos' ingredients and creative combinations. The food is fairly healthy andn absolutely delicious!
