Sad! But we were referred to this business as we had to put our cat to sleep and needed their services. We decided to have our cat cremated. They were very understanding in this situation. At there place of business they have urns to choose from. We were given with service a frame to hold a lock of fur and display our cats picture. Now we have our Chelsa with us. I'm grateful for there kindness.
