Service and perfection! "Customer Service" doesn't even describe the genuinely happy attitude of everyone at Molen ortho. About 3 months after our daughter got her braces off, I took her in to point out that it seemed her teeth were not quite where they needed to be. After checking the records, Dr. Rick told me, "if you're not happy we will put them back on until you are happy." Thankfully my daughter agreed, and she went back into another year of braces -- without any additional charge from Molen Ortho. This commitment to happy customers has guaranteed our family for life. Our son gets his braces off next week, and on the same day my husband and I will put ours ON. We are so glad we considered several orthodontists before landing here. Our kids smiles are unique to them and they are beautiful. The professionalism at Molen is unparalleled!
