Petco

The groomers do an excellent job with our Lucky and Rufus. The only problem we've had has been when making appts. On two occasions the person writing down the appt. didn't write it on the proper day. The last time that happened, which involved a Tues. July 24th appt. recorded by mistake for Saturday, July 28th, I could tell that the groomer recording the appt. was very busy when I called. In the future it should be possible to avoid that kind of error by being specific about the date and then verifying that the appt. is being written down correctly before hanging up. The groomer who was put in a difficult position by the other groomer who recorded the appt. incorrectly was very gracious about working our dog in that day, but the first time that happened they were so booked up that we had to reschedule. We've made many appts. at Petco Grooming. Having one recorded incorrectly is a rare occurance, but one that should be avoidable with care that the appt. is being written down accurately.

No one ever in aquatics, need to have counter page thru P.A system. Appeasr employees make up policy as they go. The place smells, and everyone says they are the manager.

Petco shop is dirty, smells bad. Sent company e-mail, never responded. Fishtanks had lots of dead fish. Been there long enough to have been heavily cannibalized by others. Water cloudy, glass caked with algae. The public bathrooms were the worst I've seen in a long time. Men's room had dried fecal matter caked on the bowl, women's room not much better. Had two small grandchildren who "had to go." No paper towels, filthy sink--can you spell Hepatitis B?

my dogs love petco groomers. they are so kind and generous to my old dogs. my cockers are 12 yrs old and petco grooming is so good to them. they cut them so nice and they smell so pretty . they are the greatest

I brought in a puppy I had bought who needed to be fed a special diet. The customer service person helped me to find the appropriate food and supplies to feed the puppy!

Petco is a great plaece to buy all your pet supplies. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. Thier pet quality is not always the best, they do however keep them clean and well fed.
