Kelly's Auto Body

Kelly's really cares about people and doing great work. My vehicle was in two accidents, one in '07 and again in '08. They repaired it to where it looked like it never happened. They even washed and vacuumed it out for me. It looked so clean and new.They treated me respectfully, answered all my questions professionally, which is important to me as a woman dealing with cars. Jym and Skip were both great to work with. I would highly recommend Kelly's Auto Body.

I recently had my truck vandalized and I took my truck over to Kelly's Auto Body. The service was great...and I knew right away that I would be happy with my repair. 3 days later my truck was fixed and new glass was installed. Very happy to have my truck back and looking good as new! Thanks kelly's!

Wreaked my first new car 2006 Scion XB it was devastating. The staff at Kelly's was great and my car looks as good as it did when it was new if not better. They handled all my insurance billing I had my vehicle back in a very short time. The car was really clean when I got it back couldn't even tell if had been in the shop.I have also sent friends and family there and they have had great service as well.

I've been very patient with Kelly Autobody, but at some point they kept my car so long that the insurance company said they would stop paying for the rental car I was using.
Every single time I called the shop, they would delay the estimate. I told them the situation, and that every day they kept the car I was losing money. They didn't seem to care and tried to assure me that the insurance was going to pay for rental, which wasn't the case.
The last week, they gave me an estimate that the car would be finished on a Tuesday (it needed paint). That meant another hundred dollars for me. I got pissed over the phone.
Then I arrived on that day, the guy told me that he wasn't happy about my attitude on the phone. He said I could get the car, but it has no trunk, and that now I'd have to wait until Friday.
NOW WHEN A SHOP IS USING YOUR CAR AS A HOSTAGE SO YOU DON'T COMPLAIN TO THEM, YOU KNOW YOU'VE MADE A REALLY BIG MISTAKE!

I like Kelly's Auto Body in Bellevue for minor repair work. They do terrific work and I always find them to be quite inexpensive after I compare prices with other places. They guaranteed the fendor work they did for me for as long as I owned by car. I found that to be a really great promise, such that I can go back anytime to have it redone if I'm not satisfied.

I was never once called by this shop after they got my car. I called them and was told when it would be ready. Called that day before going to pick it up to find it was not ready. This happened three times. It took a month for a two week repair. When they told me they only had to finish the paint, they called me the next day saying they found another 1500 worht of damage they had to fix and they would need another week.
After i already brought my car here a friend told me it took 6 months for his car to get fixed by this place. Ridiculous!! never go here for anything

PROS: none
CONS: poor customer srvice, poor quality repairs, takes forever
