DO NOT GO HERE. I made an appt and they messed up and took an appt when they werent suppose to. When I got in there the front desk girl was so rude, and NOT helpful. She tried to make it my fault for them screwing up. We had to ask her how

I just purchased my wedding gown from Bride's Outlet this past weekend at the Seattle Wedding Show and was so pleased with my experience. There were several other booths at the show and although some of the gowns elsewhere were cheaper, the quality was also visibly cheaper than the gowns at Bride's Outlet. And although the Wedding Show was extremely busy and the makeshift dressing room was packed with girls and dresses, the women from Bride's Outlet were still attentive and helpful. I got an amazing gown at a great price and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to other brides-espeically who are on a budget but still want a beautiful dress to wear on their special day.

I made an appointment to find a wedding dress and when I arrived I must have been assigned to a brand new sales clerk. She was nice but didn't know exactly how the whole process worked and was very nervous. I found a gown that I liked and then she showed me the shoes, I found some that I thought were cute and purchased both. The shoes had to be ordered. When I was done at the register I was able to meet with the tailor and she had me try the gown on with the shoes (I had to use the demo shoe since mine were being ordered) and realized that the shoes had too high of a heal for the dress, she said that she would not be able to let enough hem down on the dress. So I told the sales clerk and she informed me that sales are final! I JUST made the purchase 10 minutes prior and they had not put in the order for the shoes yet but they didn't care. I think the process should have been to have me try the shoes on with the dress in the first place or meet with the tailor prior to making the purchase. Isn't this their job? To help the process go easier? How would I know that the tailor can't let the dress out that much? And it wasn't like I had worn the shoes, they hadn't even been ordered yet. So they informed me they would ask the owner and they called me back in a couple of days and told me that I could only exchange them. This would have been ok except that they did not carry a flat shoe that was appropriate for the dress so I had to just pick out a slipper that I hoped I could just wear after the wedding. So I essentially lost out on $50 because of the sales clerk's lack on knowledge. I then had to go buy shoes (again) from David's bridal. And I never had any use for the slippers that I had to buy from Bride's Outlet. The only good thing about this store was the tailor, she was MARVELOUS! Otherwise, Bride's Outlet unfortunately made my whole wedding dress-buying experience stressful.

Pros: some prices are good but you can find the same at David's Bridal or other shops

Cons: customer service

This store is in downtown Everett and is an outlet store full of bridal gowns. A large section of the store is devoted to gowns you can buy off the rack, while a smaller section has sample dresses you can order as you would in most other bridal stores. Parking is mostly devoted to on the street parking. I have visited this store on a couple separate occasions and never had trouble finding a spot on the street. The staff has also always been helpful. A friend was looking for her gown and the owner was willing to talk to her about her options and dresses he thought she might like in a very no-pressure way. He was sincerely friendly and helpful. The store is not a bridal boutique. You will be pampered or find designer gowns. But if you are looking for a bargain and in a no-pressure environment, this is the store for you.

I went to Brides Outlet this afternoon and was very impressed with the amount of gowns that they carried. They had a large selection of "one-of-a-kind" gowns along with a smaller ,but still held plenty, orderable gowns and a very small area of couture. I spent a few minutes in each section and did not see more than 3 gowns that caught my eye. The styles weren't what I was looking for. I went to try on and the saleswomen did not have my bra size (36D) so I made do with 34D. Then she left me for my own in the dressing room. I couldn't believe she didn't help me into the gowns! I've been to two previous stores and I had help at both of them!!! It was crazy trying to do it on my own. Out of the three, there was one that was a possible but I didn't "LOVE" the dress. I suggest that you go and check it out. Their prices were reasonable. You may enjoy what they have. If you go, bring a friend or two to help you in and out of the gowns!
