The food is excellent, the vibe is extrodanry, the only downside is that its so far up Divsion past the Northtown mall.

I've never had a bad experience with Tomato Street! It's always clean, polite and knowledgeable staffers, and the food is absolutely incredible! I very much prefer going to TS for lunch. I've never had to wait for a table, and the prices

The environment is wonderful, especially for people with kids. My question is does anyone know the recipe for their WONDERFUL steamed clams?? I love the broth that comes with it, it's to die for!! The best clams ever!!

I don't get why they have so much bacon in their dishes. It's kind of odd. Everything here is soaked in butter, maybe that's why it is so popular? It's ok, but not really that great of an Italian restaurant. It's good for families though (loud/kid-friendly).

The food is okay, nothing I could not make from home. A lot of it taste like it came from a jar. Much better quality at Olive Garden. Atmosphere is fun for children, however very dusty. Service is horriable. My server spent my time talking with her co-workers. No managers in sight when wanting help. Not a good experience once again. I doubt third time would be a charm. Servers do not act like they want to be there and do not know what they are doing. Someone needs to teach them some customer service skills.

Terrible service! I sure the pizza is good but the Italian dishes taste of left over Olive Garden. No fresh Parm. Cheese. Not one of the servers cares about the service they provide.

Italian cuisine is both the favorite of myself and my wife. We love to dine here atleast once a month. They have a large menu and all of their dishes are mouth watering. Very nice environment.

I recently dined with my mom at Tomato Street and although the food was spectacular as always a server came out of the restaurant and yelled obsenities at two of his friends for not saying goodbye and then flipped them off. I was quite disgusted at the behavior especially because Tomato Street is highly popular among families.

PROS: Great food and it is right in the middle of the northside of Spokane.
CONS: Recent dissappointments in staff.

Last time when I had dinner there, the waitor accidently poured the whole plate of dinner on to my lap, and he only said sorry and did not offer more than that. and the manager came out and didn't even ask if i was burned or not. It was terrible!!! so i never went there again.

We live in Spokane and always find this to be one of our favorite places to eat. The food is very good (you must try the tomato basil soup :)... The service is friendly and non-intrusive and the ambiance is one of a kind. It is a great place to bring the kids, or someplace nice to drop by for a tasty dinner that fills up even the hungriest.

With your waiter writing their name on the paper table cloth and the jar of crayons on the table beside you just begging you to create you to doodle it might not sound to classy. The fact is that it has a very charming, warm elegance about the whole place that almost makes you feel like you've came home to some wonderful Italian cooking relative of yours every time you go there and the food really is great!

This is a great restaurant, especially for families. The "tablecloths" are sheets of paper and there are crayons to color with. Food is excellent. Large portions and everything is wonderful. My favorite is the baked spaghetti, but my husband never passes up the pizza. All food comes with buttery garlic bread. We always stop here on our trips to Spokane.
