I went into this shop on Monday, this was the most horrible business i have been in, in a very long time. It was so dirty, garbage every where, and horrible customer care. I drove to Vancouver to have my TV fixed. It was definitely worth

This company was the best company i have ever dealt with in a very long time. I took my TV into them and they had it fixed and back to me the same day. I call that amazing. Their staff was polite and courteous and eager to help me. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone that needs their TV fixed.

I Have been to alot of places. But never have I had such great customer service. The lady in the office took time to help my elderly mother to show her how to work her new tv she had bought. When my mother got confused and started pushing several buttons on her remote, we called up this company and they were willing to help. They set up an appointment for the next day and the service man that came over to her house, was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything she needed to know to run her TV. This is a wonderful company and my hat goes off to them. It isn't very often you meet people who will take the time to actually treat you like a person and are wiling to give you the time of day. Keep up the great work.

I was told they would fix a problem the installer created in ""three to five days."" It will be 29 days on the next working day. Promises of a ""call back"" . . . not, usually get an answering machine. Customer no service . . . the worst business we have dealt with in over a decade.

I called D.T. TV and I explained to them that my TV was not working, but I worked from 9:30-5:30, monday thru friday. This company set me an appointment for two days later and they set it for 6pm. I knew they closed at six, but this company was willing to go the extra mile to help me out. They came to my house and fixed my TV, all in the same night. The repair people who came out, showed me how to adjust the picture on my tv, so I could customize it to my liking. Their prices were exceptional. I have never had such great and speedy service in my entire life. I would recommend this company to anyone that ask. I hope they keep up the great work.

We called DT-TV because our TV was stuck in demo-mode. After several weeks they finally came to our
house. The technician,after spending 5 minutes at our house said he had the wrong parts. He took $95.00 which
we thought was part of the total repair. Jasmin the receptionist informed us that the $95.00 was for an in home estimate. This estimate, which Jasmin later admitted that she didn't know if it was done, was not only
never done I was never told anything in advance of an in home estimate. IN the mean time I called Toshiba, the brand of our TV and the technician walked me through the steps to turn off the demo-mode. DT-TV
was going to replace the manual buttons on the TV. THIS WAS NOT THE PROBLEM WITH OUR TV. DT-TV
CHARGED US $95.00 FOR COMING IN OUR HOUSE FOR FIVE MINUTES AND DOING NOTHING. If the $95.00 was for a service call, which it wasn't, they brought the wrong part. In my opinion they stold $95.00
from us, for doing no service at ALL!! iF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS, STAY AS FAR
AWAY FROM DT-TV AS POSSIBLE. It just makes me a
little upset what this World is coming to. What happened to paying Joe repairman after he fixed your TV. They should be ashamed of themselves, but I don't think they are. A broken TV is better than DT-TV!

$95.00 for doing absolutely nothing. Before they were able to come back literally after one month I was able to fix the problem
myself with the help of the Toshiba 800 line. DT-TV refused to
give us our money back even after reporting them to the better

My TV broke and I called D.T. TV the receptionist was willing to take the time to talk with me about the repair problem. She set me up an appointment for the repair, the repair people came out to my house, they fixed the problem with my tv and answered all the questions I asked them. This was the best repair I have ever had and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.
