Honda Of Fife

The young man that helped us was very nice and considerate and knew what he was talking about. He actually let us TEST DRIVE the cars... not just drive around the block and back... We went on a back road and got to see how the car actually handled.

I have purchased my second car from Honda of Fife. I had my last Accord since 2005 and on the 5th anniversary (we get a great card from our salesperson, David ever year), we decided we just loved the new style of the newer Accords. We always looked at them when we were there for service. David once again showed us how professional he and all of the staff at Honda of Fife are! He made us the deal we needed to make it work for our budget. We will always come back again to Honda of Fife to both purchase our future cars and service our current Honda!

I was not intending on purchasing a new vehicle but when I was introduced to David, i felt comfortable and not pressured. He was very informative about the vehicle (civic 2dr ex)and by the time I had test driven the car I knew I was driving my new car.

I want to say it was a pleasure work with Jin. I've had a lot of experience buying new cars (11 total). Some good experiences, some bad. Jin was well dressed, articulate, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and above all not pushy or in your face as I have dealt with over the last two days with other salesmen. He answered my questions and demonstrated a genuine concern for what was in my best and my families' best interest. I would recommend Jin and Honda of Fife to friends, family or prospective car customers.

One of the things I enjoyed the most was on the test drive, Jin didn't just go around the block and come back in. We took the car for long enough to demonstrate its capabilities and comfort. (As much as possible for a Civic)

David was very helpful in our negotiation. We also worked with Tom who was as courteous in the process. They made us feel as no offer was ridiculous and worked with us to find us a deal as close to our budget as possible. Working with David was a very good experience for both my mother and I, and if we were ever to need another car, we know where to go! This is the second car that we have purchased from Honda of Fife and we always leave with a great car at a great price, and most importantly, a feeling knowing that we made the right decision. I want to commend Honda of Fife for their selecting Jin Kwon to represent them. He greeted my wife and I with a warm smile and genuine hand shake. He didn't start off talking about the car or sale. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed and proceeded to explain the features of the car. He was very professional and yet very down to earth. He made the test drive very enjoyable, he had a pre planned route, and I could concentrate on driving not worrying about getting back to the dealership. I had a really good experience buying my first *new* car from them. I went there to test drive the car I was considering, but was going to wait a few months for my new job to settle in before purchasing. They took my job of 2 weeks into account and spent 3 hours trying to get me the best financing option. For being a 21 year old student most dealerships won't even try. They eventually got me a better deal than my mom got on her car (hah!) and I drove away that day with a brand new Honda Fit.

Their routine service, like oil changes and whatnot, is pretty reasonably priced so I always just go there to have it done, then there is no question if something goes wrong that all the required service for my warranty has been completed.
