Great diagnostics on my cat, Pete

by WmPlatts

My cat had some weird ailment of "high fever syndrome", or so I was told by other Vets (2). Without getting into all the medical terminology I will just say Carl took in my cat with a near fatal temp, immediately cold bathed him, IV'd him for hydration then went to work figuring out what was going on, and that is just what he did, figured it out. I left with Pete wrapped in the towel I brought him in with about 1-1/2 hour later, with some meds to go. I have never had the problem again and yes it was not cheap, $376.00, but add the two vets who charged close to the same and came up with zip and I guess Eastlake was not expensive at all. I can't speak for any other docs at the clinic but Carl is top notch in my many years of trips to the Vet. I will return to Eastlake and not complain about the bill!. It was reasonable for what I received!

Pros: Carl figured out that which others all missed!

Exceptional Clinic & Superlative People

by Magnus

Eastlake Veterinary Hospital treated me & my beloved kittie, Pazzo, with the utmost in love, professionalism & care during many difficult days. The facility is wonderful, safe, spotless & warm; plus there is easy & free parking on-site. The staff is bright, always friendly & focused on your needs. They offer alternative ideas & suggestions to pet owner's needs & various questions.

Dr. Anderson is an exceptional doctor & person. He has is an active dog-owner of large & small breeds. I have learned that Dr. Anderson attends many national educational events & represents owner groups as their veterinarian. Attentive, kind, wise, balanced, calm, sympathetic...I could go on & on about this superlative man & vet. Carl Anderson, DVM, even went so far as to follow-up with me in a hand-written letter upon the final passing of Pazzo.

Having owned several dogs & cats...plus other animals over my lifetime & seeing numerous veterinarians along the way, Eastlake Veterinary Hospital stands above them all. I give these tender & one-of-a-kind people & their clinic my highest possible personal endorsement & recommendation.

Pros: Best Vet Ever Known

I love my veterinarian

by mydgcat

The vet I have seen over the years is Dr. Anderson, and I think that he is just the best. I moved here several years ago, and tried a couple of other vet hospitals in the area. They were fine, but not in the same league with Dr. Anderson. He has had years of experience, and he doesn't quit until he has figured out what is wrong with a sick animal. I owe my pets lives to him, and recommend him and his staff with highest praise.

Pros: In depth medical care from consummate professionals

Cons: no boarding for large dogs.

best vets!

by larson6001

I have been a client at Eastlake Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years. I currently have 2 dogs and a kitty. I have seen both Dr. Fulleman and Dr. Anderson on multiple occassions. I have been treated with kindness and compassion on all of my visits. When my cat got into a fight with another cat (I was a complete wreck), they were caring and made time for me right away. All in all this is a great hospital. It is in a convenient location and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

Pros: knowledgeable veterinarians/staff

Cons: N/A

Animal people and very good at public relations

by esselleaitch

My animals benefitted big time from their care. The office staff is people-&-animal-friendly. I have left my "babies" at Eastlake when I was having workmen in the house. When I had to have an animal euthanized they were so kind and considerate, letting me hold my dog as he left the world. I just think the whole place and all the people are great. I recommend this establishment very very highly.

Pros: Skilled, compassionate, generous, up-to-date, convenient

Cons: Can't think of any!

the vets are overpriced but good but Tracy the office manager is psycho

by philipjackson

I have had terrific experiences with the Vet although their pricing is really out of control.

HOWEVER, I think that Tracy the office manager is psycho, she seems bi-polar and I wouldn't trust her around my animals with the way she can snap, just my $.10

Terrible service... take your pets somewhere else!

by mariethacker

I'd like to warn any pet owners to stay far away from Eastlake Vet. Their customer service is horrible, not to mention it's highway robbery with the prices they charge. In my opinion Dr. Fullerton is not professional or compassionate. i've been trying to give them a chance for years, but this last incident where they actually balked at the idea of giving my dog a general physical exam, shocked and confused me. They actually called 1 hour before the appt, to tell me they'd rather not do the exam. WHAT?!? A simple physical exam? Call me crazy, but aren't vet's supposed to exam your pets? I am finally switching vets, and I suggest you do the same. This place is a sham, not at all a class act especially when your lovely pets are concerned.

Pros: location, parking

Cons: terrible service, unprofessional

knowledgeable

by gakester8

we used to live in queen anne and we were recommended to eastlake vet. we went there from 2005-2006 and were always very happy w/the service from everyone in person and over the phone. we also had no problem getting our cat's records faxed over to our new vet within days from call to our appointment at the new vet. they weren't cheap, but we always felt like our cat was in great care.

Pros: good care and service

Cons: lil pricey
