Studio Ii Day Spa

I called studio 2 for an app with Kenda, I was told that she was too busy, so the girl on the phone said she would see me. I was told that she was a very experienced stylist her name was Amy. However, my first impression was that she reeked of cigarette smoke, second she talked about herself the whole time in a loud and obnoxious voice that gave me a headache!!! Third she didn't listen to what I wanted at all, and I left with my hair uneven and fried! I paid over a hundred dollars for all of this! I later found out that this stylist was fresh out of beauty college, and this was her first job! I could have gotten this treatment at mastercuts at least their not stuck on themselves!
