This shop is amazing. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share their expertise in a way that makes a novice able to understand and feel comfortable. I learned tips on biking, training for tris, and on nutrition to fuel

Wide selection of tri bike as well as some road bikes. Strong selection of wetsuits and gear, too. The staff are always helpful and the service has been excellent. I had a problem with a wheel that I bought from them (not their fault) and they fixed it for me immediately while I waited and didn't charge me a thing. I've come to know the owners and they are both wonderful, thoughtful people with a strong knowledge-base and well developed expertise in triathlon.

I've shopped here for some gifts for my boyfriend, as well as tagged along when he's been shopping. They have an excellent selection of tri-bikes, bike accessories, training books and DVD's. They do great bike inspections and tune-ups and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is a top notch tri shop. They have a great selection of bikes and did a great job finding bikes for me to test that fit me. I ended up buying a Cervelo P2C at a very good price. Their repair department is also staffed with friendly knowledgeable people.

Having moved from the tri-mecca of Southern California to the Seattle area, and having taken off a couple years off from Triathlon - I decided I needed a new tri-bike to start off my season.

My last attempt to purchase a tri-bike from a LBS (Nytro) was a very negative experience This drove me to purchase my last bike on-line...

After scouring the web, reviewing specs and reviews of various tri-bikes I decided to give the LBS of the area another try. I visited several of them in the area. After finding positive reviews on such sites as slowtwitch.com I found Speed Reedy. I dropped in on a very busy Saturday afternoon, and was quickly given service by Reed who was able to answer and confirm some questions about the tri-bikes that I was interested in. I was also very impressed with there wide selection of triathlon accessories.

All in all, after 3 more additional visits I ended up purchasing and getting fitted to a new Cervelo P2C, I was very impressed by both Brook and Reeds customer service, friendliness, pricing, and triathlon knowledge.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Brooke and Reed are quite possibly the only reasons I've made it as far as I have in my athletic endeavors. A friend bought a bike from them and told me about his great experience, so I went to check them out. They helped me buy the best bike I could afford (while not letting me go off my budget), and over the past two years, they have given me the best service I could ever have hoped for. When I was struck by a car while riding, they had me back on the road in record time. Whenever my bike tweaks out, I know I can drop by and get it checked quickly; if it needs more service, they are fast, honest and thorough. I've bought two wetsuits there, and will go back when I need a new one. I will never go to another bike shop for anything major again!
