A little over two years ago I had a new house built and ICS was the HVAC contractor. I had an issue with the blower motor right after the installation and they came out and installed a new blower assembly. Now a little over two years of being in service the motor mount on the blower broke. I bought and installed a new blower unit because the blower wheel looked questionable. When I turned the unit on the blower had a ton of vibration in it, I through in the towel and had local company come out on a service call to check it out. The technician was a little troubled by the vibration until he did a flow test and discovered that it was low. He checked the ducting that was installed and informed me it was insuffecient for my unit. He said there was too much flexible duct and that was causing a loss in the return air and that the supply duct wasn't much better. At the bottom of the unit it blows down into a square box with on small hole cut in the side to attach the flexibled ducting, thus causing the supply air to dead head and push back on the blower. When I contacted ICS about the problem they didn't seem to care that this hidden problem that took a little over two years to come to light due to there crappy installation. Kevin said that they have a one year warranty on their installation. Good for them so as long as there crappy work stays hidden for longer than a year before manufacturer parts start failing they just wash there hands of your. I would give zero stars but the system won't let me.

They installed my new heat pump on my new home 3 years ago. I have had 6 service calls in first two years and am waiting on a 7th with a different company since this heat pump is still having problems
and not working correctly.I paid $9,000 originally for unit, have spent over another $1,000 in service calls, and looking at another $2,000 plus for this 7th service call. They have not been helpful, and phone calls to company get no where. Totally frustrated with Indoor Comfort Systems.

I had my house built a few years ago and my contractor used this company to install my heating and air. About a year later I noticed my energy bill was way to high for the size of my house. Upon inspection of the air ducts under the house I noticed that they were not actually hung correctly and were laying on the ground, soaking up water. I also later found that they installed the heater incorrectly, causing condensation to build up inside of the unit and rust it out. The owners manual comes with the unit and has pictures and explanations. How do you mess this up? When I contacted the owner about the problems I encountered he became rude and told me to sue.
