Perkins Glass & Mirror Co Inc

Definitely some unbeatable prices for the product Perkins provides but their bad attitude made me highly reconsider my next glass purchase. At first I thought it was just the older man working there who I suspect to be Mr. Perkins but when I came back to pick up my order I was just faced with everyone in the office completely avoiding eye contact, looking very upset when I offered to pay with a credit card and pointing at a sign that said they only deal with cash or check... I couldn't figure out whether they were upset because I came over asking their advice on a project and that they just didn't feel like dealing with someone who didn't seem to know exactly what he wanted or whether it was just the 102 years of experience that makes them think it's okay to be condescending to their customers. That's unfortunate because I caught them almost being nice, trying to offer me a deal on some flawed piece that a previous customer didn't want but overall their bad attitude far outweighed their generous prices. If you're going to be running a successful and lucrative business I believe it's in your benefit to not necessarily be nice but respectful of the customer who makes your business run, no matter how big or small and how important his order might be to you.

Every time I need glass they have what I want. Their prices are
excellent and their service is 5 stars. I highly recomment you
use Perkins glass if you want your window job done right
the first time.
