what a hassle! I wanted a car they said I dont qualify, but I could get a scion tc that I didnt want. when I refused they told me I didnt qualify for anything else, not even in the same price range and similar mileage. I got a 2 day run around, no car and they gave out my personal info which I specifically said not to do. I even signed a form that said they wouldnt. the salesman said they were working on my credit then stood in a group smoking outside while I waited for hours. I never did get a car just a bait and switch, followed by multiple letters of credit application months afterward all denials. then when I called to get an explaination I was told to waste my money on a lawyer and got hung up on. calls to the general manager got no result. chris and jacob were unprofessional and obstinate. I might have bad credit but I dont deserve this

I had filled out an application online a couple months back when I was starting my auto search. I was contacted by a Bobby F. there who said he could get the job done, I just needed to come in. I went in with $1600 for a downpayment and horrible credit. I knew that, however he said since I have a great job and monthly income they could get me into a car but my interest rate would be higher - I expected that to say the least. I arrived there at 12pm (after taking 3 buses) and filled out the paperwork and waited for the banking person to give us a number, after 30 or so minutes, they said we had 13k for a car but had to have under 60k miles on it - sounded perfect to me. Fell in love with a Magnum that Bobby was selling to me and that fell within the guidelines perfectly. Submitted it to the bank and they declined it. Said we only had 10k now but the miles could be whatever, Bobby said he doesn't know why the finance guy told us one thing when it clearly wasn't the case. Found an Amanti that had dents and the interior leather was off the armrest on drivers side, but it was liveable, I wanted a car after all. Bobby says this one is a guarentee with the bank, do this and in a year we can get you anything. Submit it to the bank and declined again. They want over 3k down... as a last ditch effort they try to get me into an old focus but I refuse. So after being there over EIGHT HOURS he says give me a week and we'll find you a car. So I leave after wasting EIGHT hours of my Saturday I leave with no car and then get a call two days later saying that a loan isn't going to happen and he recommends to a friends dealership and theres nothing else he can do. I don't have a problem with being denied, I have crappy credit, I get that. What pisses me off is going through EIGHT hours of a rollercoaster only for it to be a no go in the first place instead of wasting 13 hours of my day (including travel) to and from this place. I heard them say they hadn't sold a car all day... this may be why?!? As for Bobby - nice guy, really patient, had a good time with him in the eight hours I was there. Although he was a little unprofessional with me, I think he just felt comfortable after spending so much time together. Basically short story is, waste of time.

I just bought a Jetta from the SnoCo Pierre Moneymart Location. Nick was great to work with, low pressure and worked hard to get us into a car and a fresh start on my credit situation. He was up front, jovial, and offered an overall pleasant experience. Thanks!

Of well over 20 different car dealerships all along Hwy 99, Pierre Money Mart is probably the ONLY place you need to go if you're not a perfect individual and need help with auto financing. Pierre in Lake City probably has a larger selection of vehicles to choose from, but the north location is just as good and they both offer spectacular financing for just about every individual situation. I recommend you come here because their staff is well in tune with the needs of their customers and their business is able to survive since they adapt to the changes in the market very readily.
