I can not say the same for all - I even refused to go back to a Toshi's in in Interbay. If you're here in Westwood Village, however, and needing lunch this Toshi's is frequently busy for a good reason. It is a great place for groups in terms of the amount of food in the portions. They have the standards like Teriyaki chicken, but then they also have Gyoza which is my favorite.
