5 Stars: Best Dining Experience, Bar None! (by Aaron K.)

Recently, my wife and I dined at the Bistro San Martin in Arlington, WA. We had heard great things from friends and family, but had to check it out for ourselves. We were not disappointed! From the moment you walk in, you feel the special attention of their service. Each person is treated as if they are the most important guest. And the food is absolutely amazing...perhaps the best I have had anytime, anywhere! Yep, it's that good...and at prices that won't break the bank. You get to enjoy unbelievably good food, at a price that is only slightly more than the trendy chain restaurants.Make a point to visit the Bistro San Martin. It's a dining experience you won't soon forget.

5 Stars: Bistro San Martin (by Beth W.)

My, what a wonderful find up here in northern Snohomish County. We have not been able to get back enough with a busy personal schedule. This rivals our other favorite special spot the Oyster Bar on Cuckanut Drive. In fact, I think the food and service is better! Our next guests will be visiting the Bistro in Arlington. Please try it and recommend to friends and relatives. We want this place to stay!!! An admitted food snob and years in the restaurant industry, I can only say wonderful things about the entire dinning experience. The sauces are divine. Even the simple pasta dish is sublime. Personalized service and chats with Steve, a tip of the feathered chefs hat from Martin, to welcome or say goodbye, tops it all off.
The entire staff makes you feel special, the food/flavors make you savor and leave with out wanting to spoil your palate with a mint. Not offered! Smart! Come, Dine, Enjoy, Return. Hmmm!!!

5 Stars: The Bistro Experience (by Dale F.)

You can go most anywhere in the world (I have) and not find the meal and experience you get at the Bistro! I have been many times and always the food is first class. If you are lucky when the fresh catch is scallops they are like candy and also do not miss the Chilean Sea Bass! We are so lucky to have a world class restaurant in little podunk Arlington!

5 Stars: Great GREAT Place in an Unexpected Location (by Scott H.)

My wife and I have been here a few times now and each time we have had a great experience. We live in the Arlington area. however we travel quite a bit so we were surprised to find such a remarkable eatery in this little town. I can only compare the Bistro to other very high quality places I have dined at throughout the world, from New York, San Francisco, France, anywhere! Comparable to my other fave, NOPA in San Francisco, Bistro San Martin is heads and shoulders above anything in the area. Great hospitality, great atmosphere, and more importantly GREAT food. If you want a great evening out forget the other "special occasion" places such as Anthony's, McCormiks, etc. and make the drive up to Arlington. You will be rewarded. The Bistro only has about 13 tables so make a reservation in advance. They are VERY accommodating if you do not have one and will do their best to get you a table though. The small size is a great plus as the food and service is incredible!

5 Stars: best kept secret (by s. y.)

This is the most cute, quaint, little restaurant in downtown Arlington. It has been open for just one year, and already reservations are reccomended, (even on week nights!). The food is outstanding, the service excellent, and the over all experience was very memorable. There are two owners of Bistro San Martin, and you can find them both working in the restaurant every night. Steve works in the front of the house. He is very friendly and makes you feel welcome spending time chatting and visiting with us and every other table in the place. The Chef Martin is also a owner. Every meal that he serves is personalized and you can tell that thought and pride was put into it. Between these two they make sure that every guest is wanting to come back for more. I had an excellent dining experience and am already making reservations for another trip to Bistro San Martin.
