Giardini Gift & Garden

I've been to Giardini's many times, and have only experienced the best service. I read the one negative review, and I was floored. That's really too bad. I do hope she'll give them another chance. I do know there's been some illness in the family, and I don't know who was working, but I do know that Giardini prides itself on professionalism. This business has been on Proctor for MANY years, and I have never seen or heard of anything like this woman's experience. I only hear comments about what a unique store it is, and how fun to explore.
As a matter of fact, I was looking for their address when I saw the negative comment. I was in the process of nominating the store for BEST OF THE NW gift shop.

I walked into this store after finding out my friend just had a baby- I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I was asked if I needed help with anything and I said no. She then informed me that the store closed at 4 so I needed to make up my mind (it was 3:50 PM). I was so shocked at that I left without buying anything. The store has pretty and unique things so I am sad that I had a bad experience here. I think that in the future I may try again but for now I have to say I won't be going back there.

Judi and Brienne and their staff are so very friendly and helpful in selecting just the right gift for whatever the occasion might be! It is a pleasant experience just walking in the door - I was overwhelmed by all of the creative and unique gifts some of which are made by local artists! That is my favorite place to shop now for that special and whimsical gift! Susan H.

Whenever I visit this gift shop, I have a very hard time deciding whether to buy something for myself or for someone else. I usually decide on both! Giardini's features a excellent assortment of items for the home and garden -- many of them quite unique. Best of all, prices are very reasonable. I like the people who work there, too. They're helpful and friendly. Check Giardini's out the next time you're in the Proctor District.
