Everything was fine here except the fact that you are not able to get support from your family. I felt that I needed my husband in the room for support but they wouldn't allow anyone with you at any time. At every other place he is allowed but not here. This was a major downfall of this place and it really upset me. The staff tries to take the role to support you but its not the same having a stranger try to comfort you rather than someone that is close to you.

The wonderful workers at planned parenthood are so nice! And the big A word your all scared of? Not everyone going there is having one. I get my family planning services through PP. I got in quickly, spoke with them about what I wanted, and they helped me to chose a birth control that will work for me.

In fact, the ONLY bad exp I had there was the damned protestors standing outside the clinic. First off, they don't just do abortions. You honestly have NO CLUE as to what the woman you are screaming at and holding a sign up to is going in there for. If you think every girl/woman who walks in there is pregnant and getting an abortion, you are slow, dimwitted, and stupid.

What I wonder is how you all find the time to be there. Do you really have nothing better to do? Do you do this simply because you feel unimportant in your life, and never do anything of significance, so you need to find a way to make yourself feel important?

I have news for you. First off, doctor's offices do abortions. Lots of them. I don't see you standing outside their doors with your signs. But because for a long time PP was the only place doing them, you somehow think this is still the past and they are still the only ones doing them. Your wrong. PP does them, private doctors do them, hospitals do them, why not haress them all or not haress any of them?

Today I walked in for birth control. Some idiot told me that God loves my baby. Huh? I'm not pregnant! First off, how damned insulting. Secondly God doesn't love my baby because I AM NOT PREGNANT WITH A BABY and my youngest child is def. NO LONGER a baby! I told your girl this, and also explained to her that she had no life to have all of this time to stand outside a clinic with a sign. She also had a child with her. A SCHOOL AGED CHILD! I know it is a school day today. What was she doing out of school at 11AM? She told me she home schools. I asked her what do you teach him abortion? Because he is standing outside and seems to have no CLUE why your screaming at people like a crazy person. In fact, he seemed scared. I told her she would be lucky if I didn't decide to call CPS, because having a child during a demonstration like that could be harmful to her child.

She mummurred some semblance of an I'm sorry, looked at the ground, and grabbed her daughter and stalked off. The others refused to even look at me.

Anyway, beyond that, the experience was amazing. I love the people there. They truly care for their patients. As for the women standing there with signs, either do something about it instead of wasting your time on a street corner, like start up a foundation for girls who are pregnant and need the help or will resort to having an abortion, or if the best help you can provide is screaming like idiots about situations you have no CLUE about, than GET A LIFE.
