I've gone here several times, usually late night, and have never had a bad experience, it's always been the same guy, he's not bouncing off the walls friendly, but then neither am I. The only way I'll go back now is if I have cash in hand, I just found 6, yep SIX charges to my debit card for my last $5 transaction. Check out the experience below:

The usual guy wasn't there, this was two young folks, I believe a little inexperienced, but nice enough. There was some confusion with my order. By "some" I mean "notable", resulting in a disappointing mess. But the confusion may have been on my part, or it may have been theirs. Either way it would in no way have spurred an online comment from me, but the transaction at the register did, I feel I need to warn people:

There was an issue with the debit machine. It's not declining the card (thank God), but it's not completing the transaction. They end up running the card several times, declaring each time that it's not working. Even trying a second card of mine. Nothing. It's been about five minutes, not exaggerating that one, and a line has built up behind me, mumbling their frustration that my transaction is taking so long, even snickering amongst a group of them that "I think her card's declined... on an ice cream purchase!"

The manager, who until now has been out of the store apparently on a grocery run, comes in. Rather than helping the folks behind me, she watches once as the poor girl helping me runs my card AGAIN to show her the error message, shrugs, and says "I don't know, guess it's broken" and walks away to the back room to put away her groceries, leaving these two kids to sort it out. The couple behind me literally gasped and laughed at that gem of a customer service and leadership display. I ended up leaving with my two now-very-melted cups of something vaguely resembling what I ordered, and a recommendation by the guy behind me to "check your transaction regards !" Advice well given!

Today I find SIX different transactions, inexplicably for THREE different dollar amounts, and spanning TWO different days (so even if their machine is functioning they may not be entering the correct amount, AND it looks like they somehow manually entered the transaction again the following day, twice). I have spent the afternoon on the phone with my bank sorting it out. Was the ice cream good? Sure, their product is fine. Was it worth a whopping $32.40 in total, not to mention a couple hours of my time and the assistance of two very friendly folks overseas? No way.
