Bought our Honda in another state, but have used Sterling for our repairs. I have only had appointments so don't know about walkins. Whatever needs to be worked on, they give me a time estimation and it usually is close or even before. I don't go there alot, but it is nice to see the same faces when I do. They will even pick me up or take me to my work which is less then 5 miles away.
They try to have my car cleaned on the outside, which is a plus. They also mail us coupons, which we have used. I have on one occasion, needed a light and they just put it in and only had me pay for the light-nice. The last time I went there, I dealt with Brandon. I had just had 75,000 mile look over and within two weeks my air conditioner wouldn't work without making noises. Took it in and had to ask why wasn't it found earlier and wouldn't it be covered if you guys missed it the first time-something like that. After a while, Brandon came in and showed me pictures of an animals next-luckily, there weren't any babies or parents in there. The stuffing was interfering with the motor and it just needed to be cleaned out, but it wasn't a straight in and out job. I did get to take pictures of it to show the hubby. Surprising enough, another customer had the same thing happen to her. Here is why Sterling Honda doesn't get 5 stars, their lounge/waiting area. Needs more chairs and maybe update them. Get rid of the old candy machines and magazines. At least there is a tv and sometimes there is coffee and sometimes there isn't.
I am glad I don't have to go to them all the time, my car is in good condition for its age. I have seen Oregon people come here, not sure if it is because there isn't one closer. The little things I do for my car, the longer it will continue running with their help.

We went to Stirling Honda because our car had just died on us. We needed a car right away since my husband and I both work full time. We went with little hope since we had just gone through a lot of financial hardship. Our salesman was Nate. He took us into the office to fill out paperwork to see if we were even approved.
After a day or so, and after talking and arguing with our bank since they wouldn't help us, I received a call stating we were approved.
The car was more than AMAZING! With our first baby on the way, it was perfect. They approved us and had us in the car that day and sold the car to us for wholesale since we were in such dire need. I will recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! We tried Dick Hannah once and were there for 7 and a half hours of then going back and forth. Amazing service, great financial dealers, and a very proffesional staff made this experience the best we've ever had.

Our salesman was Nathan, a former Les Scwab employee who understands customer service. We had been searching for a Honda Civic EX-with Navi. He was patient, kind to our overly tired two year old, and explained all the details. He gave my husband and I time to talk without hovering and pushing for upgrades. Nathan was wonderful and really changed my perception of car salesman.

Pros: Customer focused, not pushy, had product on lot
Cons: none at this time

After years of buying cars this was one of my better transactions.

I think if the buyer is clear about the expectations the dealer, in this case, is willing to work with you.

I would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We went there to find a used car. We found one, test drove it, the salesman wouldn't give us back our own car keys my husband had to literally get rude with the gentleman and threaten to call the police if he did not return our keys. It was awful!!!!

My husband and I were shopping for a basic truck and we decided to just look in the lot at Stirling. The sales people were so pushy that I will never take my business there again. Even though we were just looking and told them so they still tried to push a vehicle on us the second we stepped onto the lot. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere.
