Fanta,I completely agree with you. The food is great and the customer service is great as well. I have no choice but give Dahlak five star. Keep it up Dahlak.

The freshness of the food was so important  5 Star Rating - World class

I have seen many reviews for Dahlak Eritrean cuisine located at 2007 S. State st. Seattle, WA..I invited my friend to visit and see what will be the difference from other restaurant around Seattle area. In fact, it was indeed different...the food tasted to its natural taste. The vegi and meat combo was great. We also tried the green chicken and was satisfying. You should give it a try for yourself. The food and service was fantastic.
