Too-Too Upscale
This is a great place for window shopping but if you are over a size 10 or have odd feet don't bother trying to find anything. Even if you find something it'll be expensive. I avoid the mall entirely during the holidays because they offer little practical merchandise. I do slip in to Penny's on occasion but that's as far as I go. Why not have a place selling gum or toilet paper?

Gigantic mall, good place for a rainy day
This mall is probably the best in Washington state. It is a huge mall with 200+ stores. It is anchored by Macy's, Nordstrom and JCPenney. There are two kids play areas which can get overcrowded with high-energy kids. Do yourself a favor around the holidays and get to the mall early. Traffic is absolutely crazy around this area during the holiday season.
They have been doing their best to expand this mall even by adding shops and restaurants that you access from the parking garage!

Good place to shop and play
this is a so called upscale mall. They do have very good restrooms and a play ground for kids and family. the stores there have BR, gap, NordStrom, etc. Yet they don't have old navy, which is a big con for me. they also have a dining place so you can sit down and have a cup of coffee or something.

Excellent place to buy pretty much whatever you need
I've gone to Bellevue Square a number of times, mostly to one of the bigger stores such as JC Penny, but have been to some smaller ones as well. I normally get in from 102nd Ave and 8th St in Bellevue. They have a nice free parking garage, so parking is never a problem. One of my favorite stores there is the Discovery store, they always have good promotions and deals. The is also where they have their yearly "Discovery Channel National Health Challenge" events every year.
I also frequent their Apple store, as well as GNC, Eddie Bower, and Sharper Image. All have nice selections of stuff and nice prices. The mall is clean and upscale, to stories with multiple escalators and elevators. The ceiling are vaulted, which gives it a nice, open feel. This is a nice place to come a spend a couple of hours shopping.
PROS: Nice, clean, lots of good stores, good deals, easy free parking.
CONS: Some things may be a little expensive, like in all malls.

Must see
This is an awesome mall! It is simply huge with over 200 stores on multiple floors! In addition to the usual large department stores, and well known name brand places, they also have several small shops that carry everything from the oddest kitchen utensil to the most unique in clothing. You name it, this mall will carry it in some store! In addition to shopping, they have a huge food court with just about any type of fair your tummy requires. They also are really kid friendly, with stroller rentals and two fun places for kids to play! This is a great place to spend an afternoon, by yourself, with friends, or as a family. Oh, and a big bonus in our area -- free parking!

fun place to browse
Bellevue Square is a very nice mall, with shops I would consider "upscale." I like to go and look at merchandise there, but find it a bit pricy to buy things there. They have a small kids' play area, good choices for food and a large variety of shops.

The best!
It is the best mall in Seattle, hands down. It is classy, has good and healthy food, great shops. It is a nice crowd that goes there, no teens cruising the mall all the time.

Best Mall in WA
Bellevue square is by far the biggest and most expanisve mall in the state. In has the most selection from popular department stores, to specialty and designer stores. Plenty of parking, except for the holidays, this is the one stop shopping for almost everything you could possibley think of.

High Class
This mall caters to those with discriminating tastes and well it should. You won't have to worry about "loiterers" at this mall, except perhaps on weekends and Friday nights. I think their security has tried to curtail the loyal loiterers who are really more interested in using the mall as a "pick up place" than a business. I like the atmosphere in this mall and its high class quality stores. The decor is tastefully done and they are in the midst of remodeling their floor to tile and other amenities.
Pros: Plenty of parking; neighboring businesses outside the mall
Cons: Teenagers at night that loiter

Grat mall
Bellevue Square is an excellent mall. You can find anything that you want here. They have a huge variety of restaurants and shops. For the most part, it's a very good shopping experience. There is plenty of parking and plenty of stores to shop.
Pros: Great shopping, enough parking

Great selection w/ big names and small shops
I love this mall. It's a beautiful mall to walk through - especially at christmas time. There is a large selection of all kinds of shops - department stores and fun little shops and boutiques. They also have several play areas for small children and lots of parking.

Great changes!
Bellevue Square has such great shops. They have the bigger department stores like Nordstroms & Macys and all the little boutiques now too like White House Black Market, Shoefly, Kenzie, Lucy, etc! And now they have The Lodge at Bellevue Square with great restaurants and more shops like Crate & Barrel. All the changes over the last few years have been for the best!
