They rip people off by not giving people there deposits back and do a bad job at maintaining their property.Do not rent from these people.They Ignore the repair request, or lie about the repair being so when you move out they try to charge you for damage that was done that you did not do even though your felled out damage report before you move in

Koss really took the hassle out of renting our house. We never had to worry about it the checks just kept rolling in. It began with having the screen the renters so we never had problem people in the house. We priced several management companies and they were very competitive and really convinced us they would take care of our property.

I am an out-of-state landlord who has utilized the services of Koss Property Managment for over 18 years. I have found them to be helpful, collaborative and resourceful when it was necessary to rent, repair or terminate a rental agreement. My experience with Tammy Simon and the office staff has been professional and respectful. They are available to me when I have questions and generally return calls within a twenty-four hour period. I have recommended them to friends.

Truly, truly horrible. Do not rent from these people. They refuse to perform routine maintenance on their rentals. Additionally, if something in your apartment requires repair, they will either ignore the request, or lie about the repair being in the works.
