It is a really clean and beautiful salon. I liked how they had all of their liscenses posted up. Though clean, the prices are extremely too high and I felt sort of unwelcome. I've been there three times and changed salons. I'm saving 15 dollars and feel almost like family at my new salon!

Pros: quality nails

Cons: takes forever and kind of snobby atmosphere

My husband gave me a gift certificate to this place for my birthday based mainly on the fact that he likes the pizza joint next door. It was with a little trepidation that I made my appointment, my main concern was would it be clean? Well, well done, honey! My experience was great. From the moment I called to make my appointment until I left, the staff were professional and polite. The shop was very clean and best of all, my manicure lasted over a week. I don't get many manicures, so I don't know if that is a long time or not, but compared with my experience with a shop on Queen Anne, it is. My toes look great, too. I was glad to be warned about the calf-slapping massage but I have to say that mine wasn't as bad as other reviewers have stated and the technician adjusted her technique when she sensed that she was tickling me.

Overall, I had a great experience and I am very pleased with my mani and pedi.

Pros: clean, polite staff, parking

Cons: could have a larger selection of polishes

This by far is one of the best shops I have been to. My mani's last longer than they ever have, as do my pedicures, and it is by far the cleanest I have seen. You can even keep a personal set of tools there if you wish-for convenience. While there was some staffing changes this summer, it is all back to business as usual. I have recommended this shop to several of my friends who live in the area and they too have had great feedback on the services.

I will never go back to this place again. They did an okay job on my toe nails but did not like the way he massaged/handled my feet. The guy made it seem like I wasn't supposed to be ticklish. The employees just speak to each other in Korean the whole time and have no customer interaction and come to find out they were talking bad about another one of their employess (not Korean). Went with a friend of mine who understood everything they were saying. Price was too high for the pedicure and service.
