Think twice if you want to use this company! They have very unsafe practices for hauilng loads. While driving on the freeway with my pregnant daughter, our windshield was sturck by river rock. Thank god no harm to us, but windshield suffered large chip and cracks on left and right of the impact. Driver pulled over and gave info to turn it in and them lied to insurance company. Driver had an unsecure load that was piled to the cab of truck, no tarp or cover. The company has left me with no return call or resolution to fix their mistake. Think twice please and if you see an unsecured load and it happens to cause damage, do not take their word they will make things right, call state patrol!

I've had three loads delivered by these guys out to the end of Steamboat Island Rd. They are less expensive than two other gravel folks I priced (It was about $135 delivered for 5 yards of crushed black (in Feb. 2010)). What's better is that I've called them four times during business hours and each time someone has answered the phone, and been polite and helpful. They have been no more than fifteen minutes late of their estimated delivery time. I would definitely recommend these guys for smaller jobs (like my driveway).

I would definitely recommend Five Yard Line for hauling small loads (ten yards or less). I've purchased more than 100 yards of gravel for my driveway from them over the past ten years. The service is always great: friendly, prompt, accurate and reliable. They come when promised and spread the rock with care in more than one location per load if you need them too. They are easy to reach by phone and even take all types of credit cards for payment. Ask them to explain yardage calculations and the benefits of the different sizes of gravel before you order.

If you don't need a full load of material and don't want to pay for a big truck to deliver a partial load, these are your guys. They will grab 5 yards of the material you need and put it where the big trucks cannot get to. They have great prices and I have used them several times.
