Computer Sonics

I wanted to buy an Asus G71GX-A1 over the internet and could not make my mind up considering all the sites to get it from. The two main reasons for finally choosing Computer Sonics have been the price of the item as well as the professionalism of their sales associates. During two weeks, Ive had email communications with different companies: ComputerSonics were by far the best! They know their field, are patient and very efficient. I received the item in a very timely manner, as promised. The item was well packaged and protected.
I give them and A+. Thanks again to Mr Moni who was my interlocutor (full of patience).

I have built 3 completely new computers from them all top notch high quality parts for as good if not a better price than New Egg. I also just recently set up a new home network that works great and was a super good deal.. I have always had great customer service here.

This store is great for me its close, open every day, and has every part or component I should ever need.

These guys are awesome! I have been going to Computer Sonics for Five years now, and they have helped me build, and maintain my dream system from scratch (it's the only way to go).Mike, and Jay took special care of an emergency situation that I had concerning my computer; I do deadline work so I had to have it repaired the same day I brought it in. They accomplished this with no sweat.If you need a computer store to fit all your needs, this is the place to go! Excellent service, price, and product.I am going to have them build another system from scratch for my wife. Thanks guys!It should be noted, that comments in other reviews concerning bad customer service are due to the previous management. The previous management was horrible but that's a thing of the past as of November last year.

I have been using Computer Sonics in both Tukwilla and also Lynnwood for years now. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and the prices are very competitive. I have had pc's built by them and also my laptop serviced and have never had anything but a wonderful experience each time. I have bought all my wiring and sound cards, video cards and all the other necessary items i need to keep my business and private cpu's up to date and functioning the right way. I have had to return things before and have never had a problem. Thanx Computer Sonics!

The sales staff is the most knowledgeable about the many ways to configure a system for every type of user. I have purchased over 30 systems with better reliability results than from HP or Dell. Excellent customer service and pricing. I recommend Computer Sonics to all my friends.

All sales stuff was nice and patient. Very good customer service. Also they were very informative and help me a lot with choosing parts for my computer. Plus I did get best price around. I would recommend this store (Lynnwood) to my friends.

Bought a lan cable and took it in a few days later to exchange for a different color and the fat stubby rude manager guy told me that I was crazy and to leave. He was having a bad day and arguing with a tech in the back. I feel very disrespected and will never shop there again. I guess he didn't take his prozac that day.

Had my laptop repaired about 8 months ago and its now malfunctioning again with the same problem. Too bad they only guarantee service for 6 months. Also, I had to keep calling to see if my computer was ready because they kept missing their own deadlines for completion. When I picked it up I found out it had been ready for 3 days but they forgot to call me. Awesome.

The store had the product I was looking for, however the price was higher than a local competitor. I learned that the store does price matches with local retailers -- however this policy is not well defined and inconsistent (one store said they wouldn't even do a price match so I called the 800 number on the web site and they said they could). The store ultimately refused to match the price.

However, the primary issue with this retailer is the poor customer service. Be very careful if you go to the Lynnwood location as you may be treated disrespectfully. The employee I spoke with (twice -- once on the phone and once in person) was pretty abrasive and arrogant and did not seem comfortable or prepared to exercise common customer service skills.

Stick with the online retailers for better prices -- if you need personal service keep looking, there are probably better vendors in the Seattle area.

Good computer stop as they carry a lot of upgrades and hard drives. The lcd section of the store has a lot of brands. If you find a better price else where, they'll match it for you. The also have a lot of games and pc games. The crew there takes care of their customers and will answer your question to the best of their ability and will always consult other workers if they don't know the answer. The only problem is that the have very few stores.

once i went into this store i was very surprised to see that this place had just a huge selection of computers and peripherals as other big chain stores.the big difference is their service.i got very personalised service that i have never gotten at big stores.the prices are also very good and their staff friendly.

Though they have a lot of top-of-the-line hardware, the prices are just beyond my computer building budget. It is good to know that I can execute my programs a fraction of a second faster if I spend another few hundred dollars, but unless I won the lottery I would go somewhere else to buy. The staff did teach me about video cards and which ones they personally recommend, but I would recommend that you buy from other places.

This place has just as much of a selection if not more for computer than any other Circuit City, BB, etc. And its prices sure are alot cheaper. Although you may find cheaper prices online, this place is not bad and the employees actually know what they are talking about.
