Tom Walkers Haircuts Plus

I want to start by saying, I've never written a bad review in my life and am only doing so know in order to possibly prevent someone else from going through what I am. The girl I saw absolutely has ruined my hair and not just at the ends at the scalp. She either applied a product incorrectly, or used the wrong one. I went in for a keratin treatment which I had had at a different salon before. It resulted in my ends being so damaged that I had to get 7" cut off and even worse bends at the root of my scalp that continue to break off even 9 weeks after the service. They did give me my money back plus more for the cut and products I had to get as well as a doctor's visit for treatment for my painful scalp. It doesn't give me my hair back though, unfortunately. I never talked to the owner, but the manager was at one point nice and seemed to want to be helpful and another point defensive and kind-of rude. Looks like some people have had a great experience here, I'm sure they are satisfactory for the most part. Maybe okay for cuts just not chemical/treatment services?? Anyhow, this is my nightmare hair story. Just glad it will eventually grow and be back to normal some day! Happy hair to all.........

Jenna is the best I had her do my hair when I moved back here (My mom and her went to beauty school) my dad also went to her I have only gone to her and my old stylist of six years but since she has moved I have been going to Candy she is the best I love here personanlity and what she has done with my hair and mine you I dont turst anyone and her and marie and amzing at eyebrows I cnat nor will go any were but ttom walkers for brows they are samll town good prices and friend I reccomend them to everyoen

Tom Walker's is a great place for a REALLY good haircut. When it comes to my hair, I don't mind paying just a few extra bucks to have my hair done right. I know their staff is professional and I always leave feeling like that time was my best hair cut yet! I usually use Julia, because she's really personable and meticulous about her work. Maria and Tom are also amazing!

they are a little pricey, but well worth every cents. i always ask for Jenna. she is the nicest one and she's been doing my hair for over 5 or 6 years now, i dont trust anyone with my hair but her.

I visited them when I first moved to the area, but never returned. I found them to be extremely high priced for the services offered in a small town salon.

Would not recommend

Parking is easy, level access for anyone with physical challenges.
