We got a oil change coupon from QFC the other day. On the coupon, it says no appointment necessary. We went in the first time, the woman told us they didn't have time for oil change that day. Second time, as soon as she saw the coupon, she told us nobody is available at that moment while some mechanics were just sitting in the next room. I don't know how they stay in business with such dishonest!

This place is horrible, they will try to ream you up the ass, for even small repairs. My fiance and I brought our 71 VW Beetle in for a break change(we even brought our own break shoes)because the bolt was seized on one of the tires. They called me and tried charging me 30 dollars to cut off the bolt, then changed it to $4. They increased the price from $89 dollars to $130, and then called again and told me that the breaks were grinding, the backplate was cracked, and the "mechanism that moves the breaks" was completely ruined. They said it was dire, and too dangerous to drive, etc etc. They told us, "To do it right, $800, to do it cheap $500. We had it towed home, and put back together. So our friend(a VW specialist, and my dad and fiance, went to put the breaks on, there was no broken backplate, no "Mechanism" that was fucked up, nor is there a mechanism...The shop didn't even BOTHER to remove the other tire, and supposedly that was the worst one(they lied about removing it, because ALL the bolts were siezed on it)we got it removed, and it was in even better condition than the one they looked at. These people are scammers. The woman who works at the front will try to act like she's only in your best interest, give you "discounts" etc. Don't buy into it.
