Mr. Poletti has been managing my rental properties in Seattle for over 10 years now. His staff is top notch andmy properties are always in great condition. Since I live on the East Coast, I rely on Dave to keep my apartments running smoothly.

While my main complaints are about the crappy unit I'm stuck in for a year at the Laurelhurst Apartments, my biggest complaint is about the leasing agent who rented it out to me. My viewing appointments had been double-booked by the agent, which meant that me and one other person were scheduled to look at the same units at the same time, even though she admitted that I had contacted her first. One unit was obviously not great, and the other one was clearly better. It was clear that both of us wanted the better unit, and her reaction was that it was "first come, first serve" and that whoever could get her a completed application first would be given the unit. She also said that the units in this building are rarely open and that they go fast, giving me an even bigger sense of urgency at being "lucky enough" to live here. Well, I've been here for a few months now and have noticed several vacancies here that have been open since I moved in. This is probably due to the fact that the building has paper thin walls and is just poorly constructed overall. I've had problems with the electricity, plumbing,the community laundry room, a stomping upstairs neighbor, a seriously creepy downstairs neighbor, and just a general unfriendly vibe. I HATE this place, and I never would have taken it if I hadn't felt pressured and like there wouldn't be any other units to take in case I didn't pick it RIGHT THEN. While the staff at Dave Poletti are very nice and pleasant to work with, their technique for getting rentals occupied is extremely shady. I'm counting down the months until I can get outta here.

I just rented a great condo in the 2200 Live Azur building from Dave Poletti & Associates. I looked at everything out there and found my perfect home. They were very helpful. I asked to look at the condo three times just to be sure and Ashlie was great about it. She met me early morning as my work schedule would not allow me to see it during the day. I just rented a great condo from Dave Poletti & Associates. I was looking for a studio and was able to find a larger one bedroom in a smaller condo building just north of Market street.. The owner couldn't sell it so I was able to rent it for at least a year.

Ashlie was very helpful. My schedule was tight so she made time after hours to show me the unit. I had been looking for a while and was getting pretty discouraged but this was perfect. I was able to apply and get my lease signed quickly and I moved in this weekend.

These are great peolpe to deal with. my condo was absolutely clean and in perfect condition.

They were able to help get my condo cleaned and painted quickly and rented it within 2 weeks. I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is very nice and helpful.
