i visited your store and I am pleased to say you have my business from here on out! I was kinda reluctant at first but i sure am glad I stepped foot through that door. The store is just amazing and the man who helped me Mr. Kyle Cameron was really on top of his game, he answered most of my question before I even got a chance to ask them and I really like the fact that he took me around and showed me and EXPLAINED the different choices I had, he had me get on them and feel which one felt right and didnt just try to push one bike on me to buy. I wish all places were like this but there not so if you are looking for a great deal and someone who really appreciates thier job go see Kyle I can guarantee you will be very pleased!

I had purchased a rear tire for my 450 and had their service department install it. A few hours later when I came back to pick up the wheel they had installed a thinner tire (100/100-18 instead of a 110/100-18). When I pointed this fact out the service manager tried to tell me that there reall is no difference between the tires and I should just keep the tire that I did not want. After a ten minute conversation the service manager reluctantly agreed to install the tire that I had originally selected. This was not the first bad experience I have had with the service department here, and I will no longer do business with Pro Caliber.

My family has gotten a lot of their gear for motorcycles and ATV's here. The selection is very good, but the prices are a little higher than some of the on line places. I guess it is okay since you get to try it on. We have found some great deals in the clearance section.

They were really helpful... at first. I was just looking but the salesmen asked if I'd fill out a credit app anyway. I should have said no! After I filled it out they wanted check stubs, ok, no problem. I got them and came back. I waited for a while to see the outcome being curious. They approved me, but I'd hardly call what they offered even an option. 36% interest with 24 month terms and a 1,400 down on a scooter worth $3,094 (I had to insist they give me the terms when they should have laid them out for me). I did the math and the payments they had me at ended up with me paying just over $2k in interest (the manage lied and said the interest would only be $800). I have no credit but I've also had my job for a year, and that's outrageous for someone who has bad credit! When I told them I wanted to think about it instead of one person I suddenly had three buzzing at me, VERY aggressively. I felt like I was being attacked. So much for 'low pressure'.

Even though I was not in the market for buying until I get my tax return I went into Pro Caliber and looked around, I was approached by (Kyle) and he asked if there was anything in paticular I was looking for for?, I replied by saying I am not buying today just looking, usually when a salesman hears this he turns away because he doesn't want to waste his time with you. Well not Kyle he walked through the store answered all my questions and he even gave me suggestions and ideas. I greatly appreciate the way he treated me and come income tax time I know where I will be spending mine. Thanks and see you in no time. Thomas

I came in to PCMS (Pro Caliber Motor Sports) looking for some paddle tires for my pink and turquoise Banshee extended frame. Josh spotted me from across the show room and came over fast to help me get right to doin donuts on Sand Lake.
Josh was very helpful and recognized how cool a banshee extended frame was right away. Most dudes are like "Yo raptors are way cooler man." But Josh was like, "Paddles tires will make that sweet quad even better."
It was nice to come in there when I really just wanted to be out riding and get some fast and professional help from a dude who knows what he is talking about.
Pros: Great employees!
Cons: Not close to where I live. (Battle Creek)

I recently visited the Pro Caliber Vancouver store because I needed an exhaust for my mx bike. Turns out they actually have riders working there and Josh was the man! He knew exactly which pipe I needed and was able explain why this system was the correct choice for my application! He also knew about many other options but after talking with him I was able to make an educated choice! I couldn't be more impressed with my experience.
Pros: Vast knowledge of Motorsports
Cons: Closed on my day off

My whole experience has been great with the staff at ProCaliber; from prior to the sale and now well after the sale, the staff is helpful, professional, and pleasantly casual. They didn't forget about me after cashing my check. Casey Loreth was my salesman and remains so, as he and the rest of the staff treat their customers as much more than just a commission... I have been and will continue to be a return customer...

Pros: Large Inventory & Selection
Cons: None that come to mind...

I recently went to Pro Caliber Motor Sports in Vancouver and was very pleased with the high quality of merchandise as well as their customer service. Upon entering, I was immediately welcomed by one of the employees, Josh Gray. Having little experience with motor sports (I was shopping with a friend), I asked Josh a few questions about the merchandise on sale and was given a very timely and efficient answer. The store would not be the same without it's friendly atmosphere and employees who really seem to care about what they do and the information/services they provide. I highly recommend this store for all your Motor Sports needs. I know I'll be making my way back soon.
Pros: Two thumbs up for customer service
Posted 10/08/09
I have not been to a whole ton of moto. stores, but enough to know a great place when I see one. The staff was extremely helpful. If you go to this store talk with Josh Gray, this guy knows his moto and is of great help. Upstanding guy with a great personality and very informative. Thanks for everything Josh
Pros: Customer Service and very informative staff
Cons: Not much

Pros: informative staff

I moved down to the Vancouver area about a year ago, Pro Caliber is THE place to go for motoX everything. A very professional yet laid back place. One worker has definitely stood out, I think his name is Josh. Whenever I'm there I always look for him because he helps me find what I need and he talks to me as if we were long time friends. In fact last week we shared experiences of getting pitted at pipeline at the North Shore of Oahu ( my old stomping grounds). It makes sense that a true extreme sportsman is top notch in customer service at Pro Caliber
Pros: Hands Down Best
Cons: Nothings Free Brah..

Mr. Josh was very informative and comical. Its nice to get info from somebody who is actually interesting.

plain and simple, Josh Gray is the MAN! I could not find the right tires for me and for where i was riding. almost every race this summer i had some major traction issue and it would cost me a moto win. very frustrating. i went to pro caliber to look at tires. I asked Josh for help and explained what my deal was, and him also being a motocross guy knew exactly what i was saying and knew exactly what tires a should be running. He hooked me up with a good set of tred and man do they hook up! the next day i went out and raced with them. i not only won, but really dominated both motos. and i would say its all thanks to the tires he sold me. i had never won before that day. ANNNND i won again the next week after that too. I definitly have a new parts guy, and his innitials are JG.
Pros: parts department staff are smart. hott ass cashiers
Cons: the cashiers wont go out with me.

This was my first time visiting pro caliber motorsports, my only other visit was to the Harley store in portland looking at Buelle's last year. While at Harley the sales guys were not very helpful or understanding of my needs and wants like Josh Gray was at pro caliber. Harley tried to sell me a bike I was clearly not interested in. I was informed of other good brands of motorcycles, and bikes that would fit me as well as be most suitable to my lifestyle. Josh has wonderful customer service, and since he is also very witty and quit the character it made my experience not only better but most entertaining as well.
Pros: very informative staff, great products/prices
Cons: my indecisivness.

Great place to go for parts. I went in (not knowing much about bikes, looking for a part for my son) and parts guy was great. Josh helped me find what I needed.
Pros: Parts Dept
Cons: Can't think of one
Posted 10/05/09
Josh, helped me out there. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Left there with what I needed not with what I thought I needed. Josh was perfect. I came out of there a little smarter too.
Thank you
Pros: Very knowledgeable

Great service and the parts department was very patient with my questions. Thanks to Josh for helping me find the right tires
Pros: Customer service,

Pros: Awesome

Frankly, I swore I'd never buy a vehicle (motorcycle in this case, car, etc.) from a dealership again after I bought my first and only new car from one and lived through a nightmare. So I went to Pro Caliber with a lot of trepidation. But *rather* than salespeople flocking to me with the hard-sell, trying to earn a commission, I was just politely asked if I needed any help, and left alone to browse the motorcycles. I already knew what models I wanted to look at, and Dan, who is everything a dealership salesman *should* be (or aspire to) helped me check out every bike I was interested in, looked up info on the Web for me, and went way out of his way to help me out in a very laid-back, polite, easy-going manner. There is the usual "try not to let someone leave without buying" attempts, but I left to check out a used bike nearby, and came right back to Pro Caliber, because of the service, warranty on a "pre-owned" motorcycle, help with financing, and too much more to list. Dan even came in on his day off to be there when I picked up the new (to me) moto and to make sure every detail, no matter how minor, was taken care of. I haven't used their service yet, but plan to next spring for my BMW K75S. Everyone who works there seems genuinely happy, are very polite, and happy just to talk motorcycles rather than "sell, sell, sell!" It's like an old motorcycle shop I used to hang out at... an excellent step "backwards" to a time when you could hang out at a shop and talk about hobbies, etc. w/o being pushed out the door unless your wallet is out. I'm sorry Valorie had a bad experience but I think her review shows a lack of understanding of what any dealership must go through for *any* loan or credit application. I have excellent credit scores so my loan work went smoothly and quickly. To sum up, I'm still in shock at how great my experience was, on every level, when I expected nothing but the worse. And hats off to Dan, who (again) I think is a living example of what a salesperson should be!
Pros: Happy, laid-back salespeople, great selection & prices
Cons: None I can think of... even their Web site is fantastic!

Stacy C. was excellent in assisting with buying our two motorcycles. There wasn't any pressure, but lots of information for what would best fit our riding needs. She has been excellent at follow-up to ensure that we were pleased with our service and truly wanted to correct anything if it needed corrected - which nothing needed to be done. Would recommend both experienced bikers and inexperienced alike to work with her.
Pros: Individualized personal service
Posted 04/18/09
The staff at Pro Caliber really know what they're doing, and clearly love the bike world. They have answers, and quite often, personal experience and knowledge of the bikes available. You can trust their professionalism whether you're stopping by for a part or accessory, or are looking for a new bike. Very nice indeed. Thank you, Pro Caliber, and in particular, thank you David.
Pros: Personable service
Cons: Slightly rushed paperwork...
