O'Neill Plumbing

Don't do it. Oneill plumbers talk a good game but it reality they are out to make a quick buck. Try somebody different. The solution they came up with for my problem was garbage and would not have worked, but they would not have been around to help me dry out my basement, again. Not good, not good. Over priced. Way over priced, call them $160 an hour? WTF and they guy who bids it doesn't do the work, don't let him fool you.

Honest, prompt, outfront and fair pricing and great work. I always shop around and have ended up with Oneill for a rental replumb 12 years ago, my own water heater 10 years ago and a rental water heater last week. The have a great product (Bradford White) AND a real office with people to talk to. They didn't try to upsell or add on high priced unneeded items - unlike another well known local company. They are a family company and it's obvious why they been in business so long. I highly recommend them.

We had some plumbing issues at my mom's house and I was recommended to O'Neill Plumbing. From the first phone call to them to the day we paid the bill and everything in between, they were spot on in customer service, expertise, favorable pricing and excellent work. They did what they said they would and did it in the tie that they promised it to be done.

I called in the morning about a issue and they made an appointment for that day. They called back about an hour later and said they could have someone out even earlier! WOW! While the plumber was out, he gave me a few tips unrelated to my problem. He even showed me how I could fix this myself in the future! What a great outfit Oneill Plumbing is! I will use them for all my needs in the future!

I had a great experience with this company. Even though they didn't have an appt. available the day I called, the dispatcher (very nice gal) put me on a wait list (how smart is that?!) and when they came out they were super nice, polite and knew what they were doing. Got the job done quickly and the bill was affordable, too. I would highly recommend them.

This company is the best! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, or refer anyone to them. I needed a new main waterpipe installed. They came out immediately and gave me a reasonable price quote, which they stuck to. The workers were communicative throughout the entire three day process, and made sure I had running water the entire time I was in my home. I had a very negative experience with Metropolitan Sewer and was very hesitant to deal with another plumbing company. I wouldn't hestitate to use O'Neills again, and encourage you to give them a call if you're in need of a great, thorough job.

As far as I'm concerned, this company sets the standard of professionalism. Thank-you, Kevin, Nate, Dana, and -- the other cute guy. I truly appreciate your work, your kindness, and your absolute professionalism.

I've used Oneill's Plumbing just once, but compared to other plumbers I've dealt with, I really liked the staff. I got the work I needed done completed really quickly and under the estimate they gave me.

I lived in West Seattle for 15 years and can say I never went wrong with ONeil Plumbing. They are an established and well known plumbing contractor that a lot of people swear by. I deal with a lot of homeowners and all of them say ONeil is the best in West Seattle.

ONeils Plumbing is the shadyest bunch of hakes I have ever had the missfortune of having in my home! After quoting me 10,000 for several things my home did not need they proceeded to destroy my home after whitch the the work they did failed and flooded my house and destroyed my hardwood floors.DONOTCALL ONEILS!

When you have a drain problem, these
are the guys to call. It seemed like everyone
else was too busy to come out when we
had an emergency, but ONeil was right
on the ball and fixed it. They were great.
