I purchased almost $1,000 worth of merchandise from NWBedding, including a mattress, box springs and frame. Within several months the frame came apart and we couldn't fix it. The bed has practically fallen apart now since there is

I just moved to the area and was unfamiliar with the local furniture stores so a friend recommended I try Northwest Bedding. I was pleased with their selection of different mattresses. I found one that I felt was worth every penny. I??m really glad I was referred there and will shop them the next time I??m ready for a new bed.

We had gone to a few different mattress stores and when we came into NW Bedding, the staff was warm and helpful. The selection and quality were what we were looking for and we found a great bed. Had a great experience shopping there.

Three years ago, my wife and I bought a queen Davenport pillow-top mattress after having comfortably slept on one at the Davenport Hotel. Less than a year later, we began to notice sagging all along the middle of the mattress, although we had the matching foundation well supported beneath the middle and all along the edges. I contacted Paul Paradiso, who stated that pillow-top mattresses will sag where bodies sleep and encouraged us to persevere. Finally, the sag was so severe that we'd roll to the middle every night, and woke up with aching backs. Again, I contacted Paul, and completed Northwest Bedding's claim form, complete with pictures showing a 2 1/2 inch gully all along the middle of the mattress, and requested that the mattress be made right. Paul was very helpful and, after discussion, was willing to repair the defective part - apparently, all the padding on both top and bottom. Two days later, the mattress was returned to the top of the foundation, looking totally different than it had for two years, finally comfortable once again. Paul was quite helpful and, I believe, fair in this repair process. I sincerely hope that the mattress will now last the 15 years it ought to last and afford thousands of nights of comfortable, restful sleep! Rating: satisfactory, because a mattress ought not fail so quickly.

Northwest Bedding in Spokane WA has the worst customer service of any company I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

We purchased one of their beds, and when it was delivered, it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable -- we returned it after just spending two nights on it, whereupon we were charged a 25% return charge.

You would be better off going to Macy's (or anywhere else, for that matter) where you will find a MUCH higher quality product for less money, along with a much more favorable 10% return charge (up to 1 month after the purchase).
