I read couple of the reviews which were both negative. Im sorry to say that they both have bad experience because the times that Ive been there I always have good experience. For the food you get what you pay for. They are comfort food

The food wasn't bad for a buffet, but the wait staff is just plain rude.

I attended a baby shower at this Old Country Buffet in one of the banquet rooms. I paid $13.63 for the dinner buffet that was being served starting at 11:30 a.m., but after looking at the food lost the little appetite I had in the first place, so I went right back and asked for a refund. The cashier said the managers were both outside, and she'd come get me when they came back.

An hour and a half later, no one had ever gotten me and I still had not eaten anything, so on my way out, I again asked for a refund. The manager was abrupt and rude and soundly refused to give me my money back, even though I hadn't eaten anything. He said I could stay and eat now. Yeah, that made a lot of sense, since I was on my way out the door and didn't want their lousy food anyway. I was there for the baby shower. I felt totally robbed.

Basically, if you want any form of good customer service, don't go to Old Country Buffet. Instead of treating me like a human being and acknowledging I'd made a mistake in ever paying for the buffet in the first place, I was made to feel stupid, like I was trying to cheat THEM instead of it being the other way around.
