Bellevue Bridal Boutique

Bellevue Bridal Boutique was the most attentive and helpful place to buy my wedding dress. The prices were reasonable with a decent size selection of gorgeous dresses. I would definitely recommend Bellevue Bridal to future brides and bridesmaids.

I went looking for bridesmaid dresses during the week and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a very low key atmosphere where the staff allowed us to browse around and make our choices. While I initially thought it was strange that the front door was locked, when the sales staff were in the dressing room helping us or in the back I thought it made sense. They've extended their hours which helps for people who don't live on the Eastside. Their prices were competitive for the brands of dresses I was looking at.

The first sign that this might not be a good shopping experience is the fact that the front door is locked to patrons! One must buzz in and wait for a sales person to open the door. Although they appear to have a variety of dresses I was surprised at the limited colors available. Most dresses were a bright white, which is unflattering on most complexions. I was also very embarrassed that the sales person helping me insisted on standing at the dressing room door to "help" me with the dresses. There were other patrons wandering around and the curtain was open to completely expose me wearing nothing but my underware. I found the entire experience to be frustrating and humiliating.

I went to Bellevue Bridal today. It doesn't appear to be much of a store from the outside but once inside I felt at home. I didn't have an appointment and a friendly older woman helped me. I found 7 gowns to try on and they were all in my budget! From those 7, I narrowed it down to 4. She pulled a couple for me that I wouldn't have considered. Surprisingly they were the most flattering and on my list to consider!! My mom was very impressed with their custormer service. I really liked them and plan to go back with my bridesmaids!

There was a fairly decent selection of bridemaids dresses, but NO help at all! My arm was falling off holding up a bunch of dresses and I really never got any assistance at all. I found that really disappointing.

I'd been into the store before the move at the old location, and the lady working had been very helpful. So possibly it just had to do with who was working?

The selection of formal dresses at the new location looks to be more than what was at the old.

But of course most stores in Bellevue are
upscale. Bellevue Bridal is by far one
of the most elegant bridal shops in
Seattle. It's not just for brides either,
you can find some great formal dresses.
