Home Depot

I love Home Depot, but the Bonney Lake Home Depot is better at customer service and product knowledge. It may be smaller, but we always seem to leave with the information & supplies we need to finish the job.

I've had a few different experiences at this store. Sometimes it's impossible to find help (especially during the middle of the week when they're slow, which is odd) and I leave the store very frustrated.
Other times someone is there to ask me if I need help and physically walk me to what I'm looking for as soon as I walk in the door.
I love Home Depot for their price and selection, but they really could work on their customer service.

I love this store! As a new home owner I can find whatever I need very easily..and if not, I can ask around-there is usually someone nearby to ask and they are very willing to help. The store is always clean and checkout is fast! Love it!

It's hard to find someone to help you at this Home Depot. You're basically on your own while trying to fine sale items and the employees arent' that eager to help.
