This "French boutique" not only sells sub par merchandise, it is one of those lovely establishments that has only single sizes on the floor. Out of the way on top of being a waste of time.

The clothing quality has gone downhill in past years. The styles looked so cute, when I tried them in person, I was so sad to see they are constructed of cheap material with uneven stitching. It used to be so nice but now Lola Pop sells European designed China made clothing with sewn "Made in France" labels. French born Lola Pop owner is doing this in order to bust her revenues. Disposable clothes, for sure. Think H&M. Then multiply the price tag times ten.

I will say that style wise they probably have a nicer range than H&M, but the quality is awful, and the prices are rarely justified. I like to wear dresses so that's what I looked through the most and almost every single dress I looked at was $350+.

The service is terrible. Seriously terrible. No help at all and the owner who works there wears this smug, "I'm better than you" face and doesn't acknowledge you unless you sound like you brought fat wallet.

Folks - If you do business with this "French boutique", then you have been duly warned by all the negative reviews, including mine. Forget about returns or exchange. For those of you who are currently having a negative experience Lola Pop's non-customer service then all you can do is what so many others have done, turn to the Seattle Better Business Bureau.

Everyone who dresses well in Seattle probably knows this spot although if you are the typical Eastside matron/teen looking to be fawned over, you should stick to your regular haunts. One of the best things about this tiny place packed with beautiful and quirky designs is the service: one is never hustled, harrassed, told "how to wear things" without having asked. Nevertheless, the owner and/or sales staff know their sizes, goods and stock perfectly and are always ready to help. If you like truly beautiful clothes, fabulous shoes and always-trendy accessories this is your place.

I love lola pop's selection of amazing clothes and shoes. I love how the shop's owner muriel is ahead of the trends and carries wonderful and hard to find designers such as vanessa bruno and barbara bui. Her frequnt trips to paris and italy reflect a european trend, not always present in seattle. The cute shoes are a welcome change from the normal and ugly birkenstocks and danskos that tend to be ever present- the shoes are wearable and comfy, but also pretty. It is also great to see an increase in clothing selections... so pretty feminine and incredibly made. I am impressed with the spring selection and am finding it hard to not go into serious debt. Bravo to Lola pop! merci, merci, merci!

Pros: beautiful clothes and shoes

Cons: too many beautiful clothes and shoes!

Going to Lola Pop is like taking a trip to France to buy shoes. The owner is a very friendly French woman that knows exactly what woman want., beautiful shoes and boots that you won't find at other stores. The selecttion is always fresh and unique. The owner has a great sense of style herself and she always knows what the latest in fashion trends are. She also sells beautiful clothing that comes from France! The store itself is very cute and has a great selection of umbrellas, unlike any other store. It is located in Fremont , which has other nice stores and numerous good resturants, so it is definitely worth the trip! I like shoe shopping in this st ore because the owner is the kind of person that can strike up a conversation with anyone that walks in and s he remembers every item I have bought there!

Pros: Fun, hip place to find unique shoes, clothes and accessories. Awesome customer service.

Cons: It is hard not to buy something.

This little store nestled in Fremont is a true cave of wonders.
Lola Pop has a fantastic selection of European shoes and collections from some of the most creative, respected French designers. It is now possible for Seattleites to dress as Parisians do: with attention to detail, poise and attitude.
Muriel - the owner - will charm you with her accent and offer you the best advice to pick your outfits, which you will see on no one else in the city.
In short, Lola Pop is a slice of France in our backyard.
Do NOT miss it!

Pros: Amazing collections, customized advice, great ambiance

Cons: Not a cons so much as a note: you will not find a $10 sales bin there. This is a good thing. Quality and creativity are priceless.

Little but great variety of shoes that are hard to come by in Seattle (all from France and Italy...great shoemakers!!), and, though a little on the expensive sign, you can appreciate if you are a shoe enthusiast like me. The staff did not seem so helpful, though. If you are looking for a friendly salesperson in there...you won't find any. I'm not one for pressurized sales...so beware.

Pros: Variety, Layout, Quality

Cons: Unfriendly, Expensive, No parking

Lola Pop is a really trendy store that carries a great selection of shoes, handbags, clothes and accessories that I have not found anywhere else in Fremont. The store is small but the selection is stylish. The prices are a bit on the high end though but youre getting high quality merchandise.

I can't imagine someone having a problem with this store, but I guess people tend to complain more than praise as a rule. The owner, Muriel, has always been gracious and helpful to me. Yes, some of the mechandise is expensive, but no one is forcing you to spend the money. If you want a truely original selection of shoes, handbags, jewlery and clothing this is the place for you. Muriel has wonderful taste that is reflected in her selection of merchandise.

I bought at pair of overpriced shoes at Lola Pop last year. I wore them 3 times and they started to fall apart. I brought them back and the owner refused to give me my money back or let me exchange them! She took no responsiblilty for the faulty shoes and tried to blame it on me. It was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life. Stay far, far away from Lola Pop.

I have to disagree with the review about the salepeople. I've shopped here several times and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Although it is a very small shop, they have clothes/accessories here that you won't find anywhere else in Fremont (or Seattle, for that matter). Definitely worth visiting and you'll have a chance to practice your French!

Lola Pop has an interesting, if limited, selection of shoes and handbags and they've recently added a couple of racks of women's apparel. However the several times that I've been in, the salesgirl is so apathetic and disinterested in me as a customer; last Saturday she could barely peel her eyes off whatever internet page she was browsing in order to respond to my "hello". After the 3rd episode of this type of treatment, I've decided it's not even worth my energy visiting the shop anymore because I refuse to spend my money to support that estabslishment. They've got great stuff, but Fremont's full of other shops that'll treat ya right.

This store has a good selection of beautiful shoes, most of which you won't find anywhere else in town. And the owner, Muriel, is friendly and helpful, and really wants you to love what you buy in her store. Recommended for anybody who loves stylish and unique shoes!
