Besola Amy Dvm - A Small Animal Hospital

While I only visited this office once, it was enough to make me seek another. Dr. Besola was personable and knowledgeable... but my experience with the staff was completely unsatisfactory. Their processes seem slow, behind the times, and the customer skill set is below par. Too many other great vet offices to deal with that!

I appreciate the outstanding service I received with Dr. Amy and Dr. Mark. Their staff was exceptionally patient and gentle with my beloved Trixie. I wish my physicians were as thorough and moved as quickly to take care of me. I plan to tell all my friends about these wonderful people.

I am very pleased with the care my poor, sick kitten received on President's day. My regular vet was closed and I am extremely grateful Dr. Amy was able to get Furbie right in. I am happy to report he is much better. The hospital seemed very clean and the staff was friendly and caring. Thank you!

I really am pleased with the care my German Shepard, Max, received when he hurt his leg. These are great vets--they explained everything and were very gentle with Max. They took good x-rays and found out his problem right away. He's feeling better already. Thanks for being there!

I agree with all the super reports on this place. My pets get the best care at A Small Animal Hospital. Dr. Amy and Dr. Mark are really great and its obvious they are passionate about their work. I always tell my friends to take their animals there. These are wonderful vets.

I appreciate all the people at A Small Animal Hospital. They truly seem to care about me and my animals. I have taken my animals in for routine and emergency medical attention and I always get excellent care. They are willing to go the extra mile, even staying late. I value their competence and compassion. Keep up the good work.

These are world class vets. My animals have received outstanding care for over 12 years. I trust Dr. Mark and Dr. Amy to make appropriate recommendations when it comes to my animals. They are trustworthy and compassionate. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I've boarded my dogs at A Small Animal Hospital for several years and I really appreciate the great care they receive. The staff really shows they love their work and my dogs. My schnauzers can be handfuls, but they love to go to their "home away from home." I feel good about leaving them in Dr. Amy and Dr. Mark's capable hands. I can really enjoy my vacation knowing they are being well cared for.

These vets provided great care for my cat, Muffin. I like the fact that I could visit her as she recovered from being mauled by the neighbor's dog. They exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to friends.

This is such a fun place to bring my animals! The animal hospital smells and looks clean. I was able to make an appointment and get in right away. I was really happy that all my questions were answered. The staff genuinely cares and both vets are really kind and gentle. Keep up the good work. I'm going to recommend you all to all my friends. You've earned my business.

Dr Amy and Dr Mark are both great vets! I waited a long time to get a new dog after my old dog died. These are very dedicated, professional and compassionate people. They saved my labrador puppy. I bought Max from a breeder in Eastern Washington and was alarmed when he stopped eating. He couldn't even hold water down and was very sick. Max spent three days at A Small Animal Hospital and came home better than ever. I was able to visit Max each day and watch him get better each day. I am so grateful to them and their staff for taking such good care of my beloved pet.

They are very caring and professional and A Small Animal Hospital. They truly love and have a passion for animals and it shows. When I took my cat in for an illness, they quickly diagonsed and treated her.
From spaying and nuetering to vaccines and illness and injury they treat and care for you animals so lovingly.
I have also found their prices for flea treatment to be better than most and their is a 24hr emergency line you can call if needed.
