I have been taking my car's to Everett Auto Clinic for the past 10 Years. They have always been great to work with, as well as professional, and quick. The Tech that has worked on my car is Larry. I always have him do the work. He is honest and upfront. They have never ripped me off like other places I have gone to, and I would definately recommed them to anyone!\r

We took our car to EVERETT AUTO CLINIC, at 3120 Rucker Ave, Everett, Washington. When we got the car back one of the hubcaps was missing, and they did not put one of the brake pads back on, which would have ruined the brake rotor and could have caused the car to crash on the highway. If Everett Auto Clinic lied to you, damaged your car, or misplaced parts from your car, please call us at 425-258-6884. That company needs to be run out of town.

I took my car in 4 times and paid them almost $3000 but the issue was never fixed. I finally took I to the dealer and I had a clogged oil pump. But unfortunately I had wasted too much time and money at Everett auto clinic... My engine was starving for oil and had been damaged from the lack of oil. They had told me just the day before that my engine was consuming oil! Now I'm getting a new engine and all the new parts I paid for are being scrapped. I wouldn't recommend ths shop to my worst enemy. They chased the symptoms but never found the root cause. They care about making money, not their customers. And to top it off their rates are too high... The dealer is cheaper and more knowledgeable!!

I used this repair place for a few years. But in the last two years they have become awful. I had 1200.00 worth of work done on a problem and it was delivered with the same problem. They said what we did did not fix it so it will cost more money to troubleshoot it and then a possible that is will cost me 100's more. I took it to a better shop and they fixed the crap this shop did and it runs like a top and at half the price. DON;T GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO FLUSH MONEY DOWN THE TOILET! I hope you could read this and runaway!

I brought my 2006 Mercedes Benz in for a rattling sound and Kerry discovered a bad catalytic converter, didn't even charge me! Told me it was a dealer warranty part since it was emission related. They changed the oil and washed the car too, all for about 1/2 what the dealer charges.

Owner is a straight up guy!

They are arrogant and dangerous! This is my experience with Everett Auto Clinic. December 25th, 2010 my truck was towed there because of a recommendation from AAA. It had to have significant work done. (Head gasket replacement, etc.) Oh how I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and had the truck towed out of there before the folks at Everett Auto Clinic could touch it! It's been over a week and I'm still finding parts missing, wire dangling and things that aren't working. I've tried to communicate in an adult manner with the guy in the front office named Jeff. (Some people say he is the owner but Better Business Bureau says he is the manager.) To no avail. This guy disputes they left the wire dangling - the wire with the shiny metal lug on it? Maybe he doesn't know what shiny metal means. It means until just recently it used to be connnected to something! Now, don't get me wrong, he magnanimously volunteered to tow the truck back to his shop when we found the fuel leak in the engine compartment. But because he disputes it was a fuel leak I figured I'd better get the truck checked out by the professionals I normally use. When I took it to my regular shop and asked them if they could check it for safety, etc. the first thing they did was pull a shop rag out of the fan housing. We all had a little laugh over that. That part was funny. But it was only funny because the fuel leak got stopped before my engine caught on fire! Seriously, don't let anyone you know get anywhere near that shop!

This place is terrible. My worst experience with a repair shop ever. Took my car in a few days ago to have the ac system diagnosed. Paid $400 for to have a module replaced. Two days later same problem. Now they want another $400 to fix it again. Won't stand behind their work. When they do a "diagnostic" they don't check the entire system. The owner is extremely rude. When I told him he shouldn't charge me to fix it again he refused and told me he had "other customers" and I wasn't welcome in his shop any more!

After 3 days and almost $700 my car was returned with exactly the same problem it had when taken in to shop. All the problems they fixed were not present when car taken in for repair.

I strongly recommend that no one take their car to this shop for repair!

I had a very poor experience at the Dodge dealer in my area. Multiple trips to the dealer multiple repairs and the problem never went away. After extensive testing and work Everett Auto Clinic was able to find what the dealer was missing. Thank you Everett Auto Clinic.

I have taken my cars to Everett Auto Clinic for over 10 years and their service has been excellent. They might be a little more expensive than other repair shops, but only because they use high quality parts and have quality mechanics. You get what you pay for. They have been fair, honest and consistently provided me with great auto repair services. I don't take my cars anywhere else.

Our 2005 Chevy Malibu wasn't working well, we took it into Everett Auto Clinic. I asked how much a diagnosis would be, Jeffrey Stokes, the owner, said it would be $110.00. I received a phone call later from Mr. Stokes, telling me the clutch pack had burnt up, the transmission fluid was burnt, and that my transmission was done, it HAD to be replaced. I asked him if he was sure that was what it was, He told me that he pulled codes, took a sample of the transmission fluid, and it was my transmission for sure. He gave us a written estimate for $2,875.81 and was ready to replace the transmission.
Considering the fact that our 2005 Malibu only had 53,000 miles on it, my husband and I were a little skeptical of the diagnosis. My husband spoke to a friend about our car and he referred us to AAdvantage Transmission & Auto Care.
We went to pick our car up from Everett Auto Clinic to take it to AAdvantage and we were billed $23.99 for a "complete vehicle inspection and haz/sup/special equip". We were going to put it on the credit card they had accepted in the past, only to find they no longer accepted that card. Mr. Stokes told us to pay it later.
We took the car to the transmission shop and informed them that Everett Auto Clinic said we needed a new transmission. He diagnosed our vehicle for free and he determined there was nothing wrong with the transmission. He told us he pulled the codes for our car and three codes came back, it was the catalytic converter. He informed us that the part would still be covered under the manufacturers' warranty, but we would have to take it to a GM Certified Auto Shop.
We had it towed to Roy Robinson Chevrolet, which has a GM Certified Auto Shop. They pulled codes as well and came to the same conclusion as AAdvantage Transmission & Auto Care, it was the catalytic converter. The diagnosis, the parts, and labor were all covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
We got the car back today, it is running GREAT with the catalytic converter replaced. The only problem is that we still have a $23.99 bill due to Everett Auto Clinic for diagnosing the "problem".
My husband and I went to Everett Auto Clinic today to discuss what had happened over the last week. I told Mr. Stokes I felt that we should not be charged for the diagnosis since he mis-diagnosed our car and was all over replacing our perfectly good transmission. He told us we could consider the $23.99 we had been charged, the bill for lifting our car up to look at it. Mr. Stokes offered us a free oil change, but told us he wouldn't drop the $23.99 charge. He said "Well, I guess you found yourself a new auto shop. I don't know what you want me to do, but I don't have time for this." So, I replied "All right." and we left.
I feel that Mr. Stokes was being dishonest when he told us it was the transmission that needed to be replaced. I feel that he was trying to take advantage of the fact that we don't know much about cars. He didn't even do a full dianosis before telling us we had to replace something so big as a transmission.
We took our Malibu into Everett Auto Clinic Nov. 2007 for a ticking noise. Mr. Stokes told me it was the timing chain and that it was about to break. He said if it broke, it would take the engine with it and I would have to replace or rebuild my engine as well.
Trusting what Mr. Stokes told me, I didn't want to take my car anywhere else because I was worried it would break and total my car. I had it replaced at Everett Auto Clinic, they charged me $1,500-$1,600.
Mr. Stoke's "misdiagnosis" this time, makes me wonder if it was really my timing chain the last time. It only had 45,000 miles on it then.

They were very accomodating, friendly. I didn't pass my emission test and had to go and get that fixed. It was late on friday and they took my car in. They fixed it and it passed the test. It' was expensive but the work was good.

I am from the east side of washinton. My son's car was broken while he was working in Everett. By the recomendation of a co-worker he took his car to Everett auto clinic. The were very good about keeping the car for three weeks for me and waiting for payment until I was able to pick it up. The are very friendly and couteous to their customers.\r
\r
Then the nightmare began. After leaving their shop and filling up the gas tank with full confidence the car would make it back to the tri-cities, it went about 4 blocks before the same problem started again. My son was driving the car in heavy traffic with it dieing at every stop light. The shop let us bring it back in so the could run another diagnostic(at no charge thank God). After two more hours we took the car and headed out. We went about 2 miles before we had to stop and wait the night to try to bring it home. \r
\r
I called the shop back and asked them if the would consider buying the car from me and their answer was straight NO. The already had to many cars. I would not recomend this shop to anyone. \r

I just went to Everett Auto Clinic today...and they totally tried to rip me off!! Not only did they say it would cost me 2000 dollars to get my car fixed, but when I said "no way, ill go somewhere else", they tried to charge me 60 bucks for just looking at my car!!! After i threatened to get an attorney, they said they would lower it to 20 bucks...but i refused to pay them anything because you cant charge someone without telling them. These guys are snakes and they totally tried to rip me off because im a young girl...dont ever go here!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got my headlight switch repaired at Everett Auto Clinic and it cost me 400 bucks! I had a guy friend and mechanic tell me the reason my headlights didn't work was the headlight switch; which was inside my dashboard and would be difficult to change myself. So I paid to have it done after telling the man what I needed replaced. The man told me there is no such thing under the dashboard and I should have him figure the problem out. Well.... it ended up being exactly what I said it was but now I had to pay him 200 bucks for figuring out what it was again. :( They also tried to tack on a hazardous waste fee but quickly took it off when I asked what it was for.

PROS: They did it and got it done right
CONS: cost me soooooo much!
